Hampton Inn Corydon

Everything was good. Wish website was updated to say that the pool was closed. But other than that everything was clean and breakfast was good and hot

房間還是可以的

I’ve stayed at this Hampton many times and usually everything is great, however, this time the elevator was out of service during my entire stay. I’m fortunate I’m healthy and my room was only on the second floor. I witnessed some elderly visitors trying to navigate the stairs. This is not the first time in the last year the elevator was down.

The room was horribly dirty. The carpet was damp because of humidity. The ceiling tape was coming off. The bathtub was dirty and the bathtub itself was cracked. There was no elevator and the pool was permanently closed.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was not that that great especially the coffee which was very weak.

Booked a double twin room on line. Showed up, registered, went to our room. To our surprise its a single king ( not what I reserved). Back to the counter. The response was im sorry that's all we have. Let me call my manager and see what we can do. There solution is offer it for free and refund us. That doesn't work id just like a refund. I can't process that now the night manager will be in at 11pm. 1pm the next day no refund yet?

They did not have 2 queen beds in a room. The staff member said I should have booked the room directly not online. She even acted as if she could not find my reservation. It gave me pause as to if we had a room or not. I thought they had a pool they do not The pool and 2 Queen beds is what I had put in my parameters for our 1-night stay. For the price I would not stay there again.

The breakfast was fantastic, nice selection and very good. A/C worked better than expected in the rooms. Room was clean, room cleaners took away used towels but did not restock each day, we had to ask for more towels down at the check in desk. Cleaners also did not empty trash receptacles each day. But for the most part was a pleasant stay.

We were on the top floor and the roof leaked in two places directly at the head of the bed. We let the staff know and they put it on a piece of paper but could not help us with any discount for the terrible night in the room because we booked through *******. Very disappointed!
