Can't speak English , difficult for conversation , we wanna ask reCeption For hair dryer ,they said no , don't know is don't have or no understand what I said

The price is reasonable, location everything ok But the hotel room wall sound proof is worse , in the room , we can hear clearly what people talking in the corridor. Especially midnight if people walking and talking, it is too noisy to fall asleep.
