Clean and safe. A little bit far to get food from other restaurant. But quite compare to those near by the airport. Breakfast is standard.

Great stay. Will stay again next time in area.

Only one elevator works and it is full, you have to take the stairs and I was on the fourth floor

The worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. Staff was not friendly. The lady in the breakfast room was obnoxious. TV didn’t work. Cleaning staff was rude. This hotel is a total clown show!

Hotel was clean, room was comfy, staff was helpful and pleasant. Hot breakfast was great. Unfortunately a plumbing issue the day of our check in made for no hot water that day nor the next, but was no fault of the staff. Bad timing for guests for sure. Would stay here again as long as the hot water came back!

Your basic holiday inn right off the expressway. Beds were quite comfortable. Complementary breakfast and coffee, nothing fancy just the basics, but appreciated. Overall property feels a little dated. A few technical issues: one of the two elevators not working, and coin machine in laundromat broken. No maid service, but we did have the “do not disturb” sign out most of the morning. A bit pricey in my option (paid $225 per night with taxes and fees) for something that amounts to a roadside motel with a name-brand. Would I say here again for soccer tournament next year ? Maybe, but for the price I’d try for a Marriott /Hilton property if i can find one for similar price.

I've stayed here several times and it is comfortable, clean, the gym is fine, and they serve a decent breakfast. However, one elevator has been down for awhile. Hopefully, they will fix it soon.

The elevator was not working and caused us lots of inconvenience during my sisters wedding. It had 15-20 min wait times and got us late to then main ceremony. Was a big disappointment and frustrating and lots of stress and aches

I was surprised how nice the room was. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding especially loved thr pancake machine. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this location.

The staff at check in was wonderful. Very friendly. The room was clean but it had a strong smell of bleach. At first we thought that it was due to cleaning but later realized that there was mold growing in the bathroom on the bottom and it was probably sprayed with bleach to kill it. We were woken up at 6:30am by people laughing and talking very loudly. Tried making coffee in the room, but the coffee machine was broken, the water came out of the bottom and flooded the counter. Breakfast was okay, but only decaf was available around 8:45am during breakfast. Overall the stay was okay, but definitely not great as you would expect from a Holiday Inn. The best thing was the check in staff.

Very comfortable stay. Quiet. Pleasant employees both the Saturday night time check in gentleman and the Sunday morning kind lady. The breakfast person also was lovely. Very clean and bright. Liked the Dove bath products. Wish the breakfast omelets had cheese. But honestly a fantasic stay.

I’ve stayed in this hotel many times, and while it was always comfortable and economic, this time was somewhat disappointing. The beds were still comfortable, but the bathroom ceiling light was not working, there was no bar soap to make taking a bath easier than reaching up for the liquid soap, which ran out during our stay. I also think there should be another mirror in the room besides the bathroom. The breakfasts were good, but they never did get the hot chocolate in the week I was there, which was promised.
