Its East West exposure offers great brightness whatever the weather. In front, 150 m2 to store cars, play, eat, sunbathe facing the sea. Behind, a patio enclosed by walls and hedges shelters you from the wind and from view. The doors of the kitchen and two bedrooms serve it and make it an ideally protected place for small children who can play freely. 200 m away, sailing school and departures from hiking trails At 400 m, horse club 500 m, restaurants, shops and market 800 m away, cinema (two rooms), tourist office and tennis club At 4km, Montmartin with all the necessary shops, doctors, pharmacy etc. 6 km away, the Raptorpark, one of the largest indoor amusement parks in Europe By car 20 minutes north, Coutances with its cathedral and its famous Jazz festival under the apple trees.
