Our house has a living room with a very cozy sofa, 4K Smart TV for your movie night enjoyment with family, and a fully equipped kitchen with Instant pot, personal blender, etc. Also, a bonus living room with accent chairs and electric fireplace. The house also has a washer and dryer and cozy backyard swimming pool for you and your family enjoyment! House has no Air Conditioner since bay area especially Hayward weather mostly pleasant.
