Хотел бы я поставить 6 звезд. 5 за отель, который был самым хорошим во всем Хельсинки. Центральное расположение в красивом здании, переоборудованном под отель. Конечно, кристальная чистота и изобилие современных технологий. Я вижу продуманные мелочи, такие как плавное появление/затухание света, качественные постельные принадлежности, звуконепроницаемые окна и т. д. на каждом углу. Дополнительная звезда за то, что они без суеты помогли мне исправить ошибку, которую я допустил во время бронирования. Персонал на стойке регистрации был очень приветливым и профессиональным. Мне даже не к чему придраться... Я думаю, стандартный номер был не большим по любым стандартам, но с высокими потолками, поэтому он не казался тесным. И это все, не могу рекомендовать больше и верю почти 5-звездочному рейтингу от всех.

Очень хорошее расположение прямо напротив центрального железнодорожного вокзала Хельсинки. Не забудьте воспользоваться входом через переднюю дверь, так как задняя дверь не открывается для доступа.
Сотрудники зала приятные, а номер новый, планировка некоторых угловых стандартных номеров может показаться немного тесной из-за странного пространства, в котором размещен телевизор, но номер класса люкс в целом хорош.
Мне нравится обслуживание, предоставляемое персоналом бара, определенно рекомендую это всем.

This is a really 5 Stars Hotel in the heart of Helsinki.
The infrastructure, the amenities, the services are impeccable from check-in to check-out and everything in between. Doormen are courteous and friendly. The Housekeepers are friendly, meticulous and polite.
The Gym is one of the best in the hotel industry. It is so well equipped for all muscle groups you wish to work on.
When one of my friend’s room and some issues, it was immediately remedied and service recovery was swift and effective.
Our rooms were actually extended and drinks grated gratis to wow us. I must say Willem Hagedoorn (the Deputy Hotel Manager) was really generous!
All 5 of us were very impressed by the high quality customer service and first class hospitality standard of NH Collection - we were delighted!
I even got a Birthday surprise from the Guest Relations Manager. Cheers!

Our experience wasn't off to a good start, dealing with Jason when dropping our bags in the morning. He was borderline racist, assuming we were with the other Asian groups, making presumptions about our requests, and had difficulties understanding our requests on arranging for early to-go breakfast boxes.
But everything else during our stay was perfect hence the 5 stars. Everyone else we dealt with, including the house keepers, restaurant staff and cleaners were all great - very helpful and friendly.
The hotel is strategically located right next to the Central railway station.
The room itself was large and clean and beautifully decorated. We also tried out the facilities including sauna and cold plunge (a Finnish culture), which were top notch. The gym was also world class and properly better equipped than some other commercial gyms out there.
The other highlight was the breakfast. So many options even for vegetarians like us, all allergens clearly labelled.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's ever in Helsinki.

The location, service, cleanliness, and facilities are all excellent. The one thing I would like to add is this - I am a person who works out at the gym a lot. I have my own requirements when it comes to gym facilities. From my past experience in travelling, even for top 5 star hotels, the gym generally speaking at just so - so. For NH collection Helsinki, frankly speaking this is the first hotel gym I ever encountered that has a proper squat rack - and with proper bars - and with proper plates. I have never seen this before. Most 5-star hotel gyms, at most, has a "smith machine" only. With a proper squat rack, a lot of serious workouts can be done - bench press, squat, and deadlift. Therefore, I give extra credit to NH collection Helsinki for having the vision to house a proper squat rack.

No Concierge on the day I arrived so amateur advice on restaurants etc was given by receptionist: which was shown to be completely wrong.
Also the free sauna is only free for a deluxe room from 6-10am and 8-10pm otherwise you pay an extra €25 per person: this I find is sharp trading.

The staff are very friendly. Everything is good. The only problem is that there are several steps in main entrance and there is no ramp that is clearly visible at the main entrance. Hence, it is difficult to carry luggage into the building.

Our hotel is located just a few hundred meters from the central railway station making it easy for guests to get to and from the airport as well as being able to visit interesting tourist spots such as the main churches and the Oodi library on foot.
