Super location, breakfast ok. Our room did not have a window (not a big deal)

Sokos是赫爾辛基的連鎖酒店品牌，Tripla這家Sokos位於離市中心1.5km遠的Tripla地區（坐火車4分鐘就能到），酒店位於一個很大的Tripla Mall裏面，樓下就是火車站，出行和購物非常方便。酒店早餐非常豐富，但缺點也很明顯，房間非常小，並且桌面，地板都是灰，好久都沒人吸塵過，第一天外出回來發現房間也沒人整理，垃圾和浴室的毛巾都沒清理，打電話給前台，説是我們沒有掛“請打掃房間”的牌子，這點在哪哪都乾淨整潔的赫爾辛基很不符。

入住吋前台有一小姐姐人很熱情還送了巧克力，早餐也不錯，酒店就在火車站上面，交通飲食購物特別方便......

房間不錯，就是不是每天有人打掃的 Mall不錯

Sokos Hotel Tripla is modern and very comfortable hotel offering good value. I rate it 5/5 in each aspect. I am happy I chose to stay at an other hotel than the hotel we so far have most usually used to stay at when visiting Helsinki. Tripla was brilliant in every single way. I had requested a room towards the Helsinki Cathedral and with a shower. Both requests got fulfilled. I was happy to get a superior room on 17th floor. The view was amazing! It was great fun to watch the big ferries arrive and depart the harbor. The room was spacious, light and very well cleaned. The hairdryer was the best I've ever had in a hotel. They have made an effort to get the lights very well planned both in the room and in the bathroom. The scent free Dermosil products were a big surprise and appreciated them a lot. The breakfast was really tasty, plentiful and there were a lot of specialties, i.e. porridge with blueberries. The dairy free options were also really good. Went for breakfast first day at 8.45 and the second day at 6.45 and found easily an available table. The lifts worked really smooth and you didn't have to wait long to get one. In the lobby there are lockers that you can use if you need to store your luggage after checking out. The staff at the front desk is really friendly and they make you feel welcome in a very genuine way. I am convinced - Tripla is my new favorite hotel in Helsinki. It is also so easily reached when arriving by train to Helsinki, and the connections (tram, bus, local trains) from Tripla to the city center are second to none. I also would recommend to try the restaurant Fredde's, located next door to the hotel. It doesn't appear when using the link, in the welcoming email from the hotel, about restaurants close to the hotel (it is though the closest one). Fredde's staff is also very welcoming and the food is really tasty and good value for money. And the cinema one floor up in the mall is really modern and of high quality.

We loved this hotel. The location is perfect, mall is in the same house. Room was big and full of light. Love the staff, always help you if you need any help. We had the room 17 floor and the view was amazing. Breakfast was also great. Price was ok.

To start with, we arrived hours before check-in time and were just going to leave our bags in storage, but the reception kindly offered to check if we could get a room already, and we got it right away. Amazing views, tidy and quiet room, fantastic beds with 3 pillows. Public transfer, shopping mall and the hotel all conveniently in the same location. Breakfast had lots of variety and the blueberry porridge was so good, try it! Also went to sauna, its located so that you have to walk through the gym to get there but luckily the whole area was empty so I got to enjoy my own peace. When you're done with the mall, places like Linnanmäki and Talvipuutarha are within walking distance (20ish minutes).

Amazing place. I have been to few hotels in this city and this is definetely the best. Great location as every single train going to Helsinki stops at 3rd floor of the building. This hotel is inside Mall of Tripla, a huge complex mall with a built-in railway station, and the hotel reception can be accessed from the mall's 4th floor. I have been here several times but this stay was a bit different. I originally had booked a standard room for a bit high price of 156€ including breakfast, cancellation possibility and S-Etukortti discount. There was a Jehova's Witnesses convention (that i wasn't participating) and they seemingly booked all Standard rooms from the hotel to the convention people. This way the room was upgraded to Superior room, which I appreciate of course, as many hotel chains would have just cancelled the reservation or made me pay extra. The room was good with calm colours and simple furniture without anything unnecessary except the "chair" with three hardened pillows, that could have been replaced with a better one. The beds were good providing excellent sleep. The room was clean except some tiny dirt on the bathroom floor. The bathroom was equipped with a shower, and of course a toilet and a sink. The breakfast was good with a wide variety includding local specials and good options vor vegetarians/vegans. There was also a gym and sauna that are very nice with some extra towels. Overall a very pleasant experience, and I will definetely be coming here again.

This is a new hotel inside the Mall and above the Pasila Bole station in Zone A. Its 30 minutes from the airport by train. Its also one stop away from the Main Helsinki terminus. So convenience wise I would give it a 10/10. Great staff. They are very kind and friendly. Make sure you opt for their morning breakfast buffet during your stay. Its truly Finnish! Again a 10/10. The rooms are a bit small but perfectly comfortable. The walls are a bit thin. The doors have to be closed hard and they click with a loud noise. This is a problem when trying to get a good night’s sleep. I would give it a 8/10. But we had a great stay overall!
