Large patio with fire pit and deck overlooking the lake. Sleeps 4.Room for air mattress Fully equipped kitchen. Towels, linens and toiletry items supplied. HD flat screen TV with firestick and local tv channels, Wireless Internet, Wildlife abundant and secluded from traffic. Owner does live on property in main portion of the house. Rental is above the garage. NO PETSAbout pets:No pets allowed, service animals permitted.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

4th of July
The cleanest rental I have ever stayed. Communication great and quick. Lots of kitchen stuff (2. Crockpots, plates, etc). Some places I have stayed are stingy on kitchen utensils. Beautiful secluded area. Stayed with 3 families adults and kiddos for the 4th. Host allowed us to do fireworks. It was a fun time with great outdoor deck and fireplace area. Host lives onsite and with it being the 4th, it was very busy with people coming and going. Didn’t bother us as we are used to busy but might want to avoid on holiday weekends if you aren’t okay with busy. Great stay and def recommend!

Great getaway
Clean, comfortable, beautiful property. Loved the deck, view, and how stocked the unit was. Only other thing we would have liked to see was a nightstand on each side of the king bed, but we made it work. Would recommend!

Property and view was beautiful!!! All amenities were available, beds were so comfy, easy getting in and the only complaint is we had to leave!!! Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful views and peaceful surroundings
Very lovely views overlooking river/lake.
Clean and well kept property. Beautiful area. Local deer and wild turkeys paraded through the yard. Nice!
