Fish for world class Florida large mouth bass. Or just unwind at the party cove! It's a short 5 minute ride through the canals to beautiful Lake June. This home is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Walk Lemon Road in the mornings and meet the friendly neighbors walking their dogs. Floridays was renewed in 2022. Everything from the furniture to the light switches are new. The kitchen holds modern appliances and kitchenware that didn't come from a garage sale. Keep your boat tied to the dock (for the time being there is a boat stored on the boat lift). You can even store your boat trailer in the extra large garage. Fish from the dock! There are 3 outdoor security cameras, NO cameras inside. A doorbell camera. A camera in the dock for the boat. Last a camera in the lanai. If the lanai camera makes things uncomfortable please cover it with a cloth.
