Highly sought after one level living including the Master, guest bedroom and den. A 60' canopy of trees keeps things cool and the deck/porch nicely shaded. Keep the fireplace blazing year-round and grab a cup of coffee, head out to the deck, and from your large corner lot you'll enjoy watching the wildlife, birds, and rich flora. Easily walk to Mirror Lake, The Bascom and Highlands Greenway Trail System! Nearby Lake Sequoyah is a fishing and kayaker's dream. Minutes from shops, boutiques, theater, concerts and community events. Be prepared to fall in love! Wonderful stay in Highlands This cottage is a magical place to stay for a Highlands visit. The setting is beautiful and private, and the location is close to downtown. We truly enjoyed our time relaxing at the cottage, would recommend it highly, and can’t wait to return!

Charming cottage We enjoyed our stay in this nice cottage in a great location. The rooms are a little smaller than they appear in the listing, but they were comfortable. The owner could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

Absolutely tranquil I needed a place that was quiet and comfortable, and this was marvelous. Lindsay is a terrific host, easy to communicate with. The property is fully equipped with everything you need - - good sharp knives, plenty of cooking utensils, beautiful glassware, spices for cooking, icemaker in the freezer. And SO many places to just sit and write, write or chill. The covered porch was my favorite spot. It won't matter what time of year you come, this house is perfect.

Perfect couples’ retreat We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location as close to town, and easy access to Greenway for hiking. Spotless and all exactly as presented. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House! My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We loved the location- walkable to downtown. The house was immaculate and the beds and linens were so comfortable. Lindsay was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommended to others.

Great Stay Really enjoyed this property for our visit the Highlands. House was comfortable and plenty of room for 2 couples and 2 dogs. Location is a only 5 minutes from downtown and the communication from the host was fantastic. We would absolutely book this home again for a future trip. Thanks!
