Island Club boasts expansive beaches and breathtaking sunrises. This 3rd floor, direct oceanfront condo with a spectacular view was recently purchased in 2022! The unit is a 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom condo and will sleep 8. The fully stocked kitchen will help you prepare any or all your meals. The unit has very comfortable, pillowtop mattresses with Land’s End white sheets and towels, beach chairs, and beach towels. Based on the reviews of 6404 you will see that our cleaning crew cleans the unit according to COVID cleaning guidelines and most guests comment on the cleanliness of the unit. If grilling is your speed, the Island Club offers and maintains gas grills from a beautiful picnic area overlooking the ocean. The Island Club also has every amenity imaginable including nine free tennis courts (including several clay courts), a large heated pool with a waterfall, a children's pool with a mushroom waterfall, a tanning pool, health and fitness center, hot tub, pickleball, basketball, children's playground and bike rentals. The pool and hot tub are open mid March through October. The pool is heated in the spring and fall. The Island Club is also a gated community with 24 hour security.
