Such a great experience, where do I start? I loved everything about this place. The owner, Bonnie, was delightful and knowledgeable about the history of the area. Jo made us some incredible homemade breakfasts and she was great to chat with as well. The hotel was so quiet and the well kept backyard backs up to beautiful farm land. Our room was spotless and cozy (we stayed in The Wild Rose room). It's a perfect mix of preserved history along with modern day updated amenities. I didn't want to leave at all, and that's never happened to me because I am a homebody! If you're reading this and interested in staying in the Amana colony/Cedar Rapids area, look no further than Zuber's!

Great Hospitality. Wonderful Breakfast. Caring Staff. Spacious, Quiet Rooms. This hotel was a delight. My friend and I stayed 4 nights. The hotel is centrally located in Amana, this well placed in the Colony. It was fun staying in a building with historical significance.

Four of us spent a night at Zuber's while on an overnight motorcycle excursion to the Iowa City area. The "Old Gold Hawkeye" room (U of Iowa) is pleasant and airy with a comfortable bed and plenty of fresh pillows and linens. Innkeeper Bonnie is a gem.

This is an outstanding place to stay. They were so friendly and accomodating. Each room has a different theme and they are done so well. Such a great treat from staying in cookie-cutter motels/hotels. We felt right at home. There were 16 of us and it was the perfect place for a family reunion.

We stayed 4 nights while visiting the Amana Colonies. The owners were so nice and the room was clean. The daily breakfast was great. It was so nice and quiet I our room. We couldn’t hear any of the other guests. We enjoyed our visit so much we’re going back in a couple months.

A cozy quiet oasis far from the interstate; close to town. Breakfast is delicious! One note: We could have used ice. Freezer had one little bag when we arrived. We saved it for after dinner. Another guest took it(cuz thete was no more ice.) Long hot travel with warm beverages...my only complaint. Definitely will return!

The owner was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch the evening we were there. It was peaceful and quiet with a nice view of farmland around it. The room was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. Each room has a different theme which we thought was really nice. We stayed in a baseball themed room which was just right for us. The breakfast that was served the following morning was absolutely delicious. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We had a great time staying g at Zuber's B and B. Definitely a unique place to stay and interesting history . Cindy cooked our breakfast and it was wonderful and it was so nice talking to her. We also met the owner Bonnie who was so kind. We would definitely stay here again.

We found this hotel (Bed & Breakfast) when planning a trip to the Amanas. The price was lower than the hotels that were available and it offered a better experience. We loved the overall ambience of the place. The room was really nice. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.
