Came down for a family funeral, picked hotel without looking at review, BIG MISTAKE !!, got in on Thursday night went to sleep, woke up next day to see how filthy the room is.. night stands have greasy film on it(maybe afro sheen), piss stains on floor near toilet bowl,. requested different room, said they are booked, even tho the place is 1/2 empty the toilet paper holder is missing , there is trash in draws, don't think room has been cleaned in weeks

The filthiest place I've ever been. Mold and ritt every where very rude staff. I saw the room and left never slept there but yet go refused a refund or my deposit back total rip off they will cheat you to

Please guys DO NOT WASTE your hard earned money on this place, it is the worst accommodation (I won’t use the word hotel because it is not a hotel)! Find somewhere close by, your not safe here, the doors have no locks, the shower heads falling off the wall into the bath covered in black mould, the furniture is severely damaged, infested with cockroaches! I have taken photographs for your information to make an informed choice but hand on heart it’s not worth your money! It should be condemned. The staff working at the hotel are aggressive, rude and will NOT deal with your complaint, instead they will say this is not the hotel for you and ask you to leave! Please be safe and stay at one of the others around the area, I found a pleasant, safe, secure, maintained and clean hotel literally 15 mins away at same price!

My wife, 14 year old daughter and I arrived at the Holiday Hotel on US 19 in Holiday, FL at about 8:30pm on New Year's Eve. We walked through the courtyard which had a few shady characters in it. The room smelled of cleaning product and looked ok, so we dropped our bags and left to go to downtown St. Pete. After the festivities we returned to the Holiday Hotel after midnight to find some really diturbing things. First, was a cup that had fallen between the fridge and the counter. When we took a closer look there were pills in the cup and on the floor. Then in the bathroom we found what I can only say was blood on the side of the bathtub. There was also black hair on the floor and an old ripped up towel hanging in the shower. The towels that were folded in the bathroom were tattered and looked like they'd been used. Obviously, we could not stay there and complained. I was told there were no other rooms and we couldn't get the refund till I talked to Mr. Ravi. So at 2:00 am we drove 2 hours home, ruining our plans. I called Monday morning and left a message, called again Tuesday. And finally Mr. Ravi replied, asking me if I was from Florida. He indicated that he was in New Jersery, that he had only owned the hotel for five months, wasn't the best area and that I should not had stayed there with my young daughter... I guess I know better now. I was refunded. This is just warning. You may want to pass up the Holiday Hotel - 2337 U.S. Highway 19, Holiday, FL.

Where do I start? First room smelled stale and had sheets that smelled rank. Was transferred to another room and there were roaches in the dresser and on the walls. Toilet needed to be plunged after every flush. Sat on the bed and within the hour I was bitten by a BEDBUG!!! I have a huge welt on my shoulder. Spoke to the ladies at the front desk who were very polite (one said it might be a flea-doesn’t make it better) and was showed 2 more rooms but they were stale smelling as well-decided to leave. Couldn’t chance getting bit again or sleeping on dirty sheets/mattresses. Also, didn’t want to bring bedbugs or roaches home. Pool is gorgeous (didn’t swim in it) but everything else was a huge thumbs down.
