This home is charming and cozy. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It is located just minutes from local beaches and the famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks! It is just a short 45 min. drive from Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, and Adventure Island. We are also within a 45 min drive from Weeki Wachee Springs where you can spend the day kayaking with manatees! Many more attractions close by, promising a fun filled, relaxing vacation!
This home has a king bed, queen bed, and pull out sofa. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, coffee bar, and microwave and is fully furnished with kitchen utensils, cookware, and dishes. The living room features a smart tv, and the home has complimentary wifi access. We also provide 2 bikes for you to enjoy our local biking trails just minutes from the property.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Birthday celebration!
The whole stay was exactly what we expected and wanted! It allowed us to be near local family, interesting places and more! And the house was exactly as you see in the pictures! No complaints at all.

Great Place for Temporary Home
We had family in the area who had medical issues. This was a perfect place to hang our hats while we visited people in the area. Cari was totally hands on as a property manager and very available and accommodating. Thank you!

Great location for snow bird getaway
The house was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. It was a month stay and the location was within minutes of 2 beaches, the Pinellas Trail, and Alt 19 (which gets you to wherever you want to explore). Would stay again!!

Nice house, wrong neighborhood
The house is very cute and comfortable as photos show, the neighborhood, not as much. House is older and needs some updating. Its security really needs to be updated. Deadbolts did not lock and interior door handles unlock the door if turned, whether the door is locked or not. So if you turn the handle to test whether the door is locked you open the door. The only way to test the door locking is from the outside before closing it. Woke up one morning to find the back door open because our cat had managed to turn the door knob. Thankful there is a screen porch outside. Washer and dryer in garage work great once you figure out how to turn the garage lights on (switch inside on living room wall). TV is seriously outdated, no local channels and very limited apps available. No ESPN app, nor one available for download, so I couldn’t watch college bowl games that were on. Prior guests failed to sign out of YouTube and Netflix so I signed them out, travelers beware of not logging out of your accounts. Not unpleasant but I wouldn’t book it again.

Horribly disgusting and location was not good
This location was not clean, it was disgusting! Dirty clothes in the closet on floor left behind, trash under both beds, filthy disgusting floor not mopped with dried urine on it. Nothing was dusted there was hair on the window sill, edge of bathtub and sink in bathroom and on the toilet paper holder. A hair was on the shelf in the refrigerator. There was gunk in the sink strainer. We booked the stay for 11 nights and hours after booking was told they did not update the VRBO website and the last 3 days of our stay was not available so we had to find a 2nd location which cost us fees for 2 locations instead of 1. Refund did not include taxes or any part of the fees. Manager was rude when dealing with these issues. AWFUL!!!

Great location!
The rental is in a great location, only minutes away from Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and downtown New Port Richey. Good location for day trips to Clearwater, Tampa, & Homosassa Springs. The rental was very clean and comfortable. Cari is a pleasure and very responsive.

Spring visit
After a slight glitch in checking in (the previous guest had put the wrong key in the lockbox and we couldn’t get in), we enjoyed staying in this house. It was spotlessly clean and was comfortably furnished, with all the necessary supplies in the kitchen. The neighborhood teenagers enjoyed riding their motorbikes up and down the road, which might annoy some people, but that occurred mostly on the weekend. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental and will use it again myself if we are in the area.
