If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anna Maria Island and want to be close to the beach you will love these condos. They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building.
There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'Café on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Café. Close by on the beach there are volleyball courts and a playground.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Perfect location
This building is now white not orange like what's on the post. This was in a perfect location. The backyard is the beach as well as AMI Beach Cafe. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store. Free trolley was amazing. Used it several times. We were rarely in the unit. It wasnt spectacular but location beats everything else. I would probably stay here again because of the price. Everywhere else was extremely expensive. Then again you pay for what you get. eexcellent.

Needs some tlc.
Location was great. Near beach, central location on island ,great casual restaraunt and bar nearby on beach. The place could use some tlc. Sofas didn’t feel clean, the back closet was really dirty so didn’t hang anything in there. Need to get your own chairs and umbrella there’s were rusted and broken we bought new ones and left them there but doubt they are still there . Faucet in tub looked like it had grease? On it. Do NOT count on trolley system not ever on schedule usually every 45 minute and u don’t know when it left !! Rent a car. or golf cart on the island

Birthday on the Beach
This place was fantastic all around. It's an older building - old Florida kinda-place. Beach is on one side and Skinny's is on the other. We didn't rent a car this time, and didn't miss it. The trolly was great! Made some new friends. We hope to celebrate there again next year. Thank you Anne and Leila.

Stay at Holmes beach
Love location the unit was comfortable. I wished the pool was in working order. Could use some more silverware like small spoons and more forks. Anna was great and responded fast.

We love AMI
We knew that the property was still getting repaired from the hurricanes and that many restaurants still weren't open but we were happy to visit and spend a few bucks to help local businesses. The apartment we stayed in didn't have any damage and was great as usual. Can't wait to come back!
