In San Diego it is rare to find A/C at the beach but we have two portable a/c units each cooling approximately 600 square feet of space. On the quiet Bay side, the beach is right in front of you and surf all a few steps away. This is the perfect vacation retreat, located on beautiful and relaxing Sail Bay/Mission Bay on the beach, walk to nearby restaurants, shopping and nightlife. A new market just opened a 2 minute walk.Better Buz Coffee a 2nminutecwalk. Located directly on the boardwalk you can walk or bike easily to anywhere in Pacific Beach or Mission Beach. There are numerous stores 2-3 minute walk from the property that rent bikes. We also have beach towels and chairs included. The Hotel Del Coronado and silver strand beach is less then 10 minutes away. Downtown San Diego , Balboa park, San Diego Zoo and Sea World are all within a quick 25 min drive. There is even a 3 screen drive in movie theater a mile away.
