This is a second floor unit in the circa 1899 Masonic Building once owned by the famous Dennis Hopper. This condo has everything you will need to enjoy and close to all that Wilmington has to offer.This condo comes with one bedroom and couch. Very convenient to everything downtown. The living room has a nice leather sofa, upholstered chair, and a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV to watch your favorite shows and I provide Sling TV to catch many cable shows. There is also Netflix to enjoy. Wifi is available throughout the unit. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, range, and microwave. The cabinets are stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, and baking dishes. There is a drip coffee maker for those coffee lovers.The Bedroom has a king size Energie Innerspring Pillow-top Mattress, the perfect mix of comfort and support. The bathroom has a beautiful tiled shower and towels, shampoo and soap are provided.Stay for a night or a week, the goal is to make you feel right at home.There is parking in the parking garage across the street for a fee of $12/day. Let me know if you want to use the parking pass and I can leave it out for you and bill you separately. If not, you will have to find parking in one of the garages near by. The second bathroom can be entered from the hallway or from the second bedroom.For sleeping arrangements, in addition to a king size bed and double bed, there is a day bed in the master bedroom which is 30" x 69" and a larger second day bed in the living room which measures 34" x 80". (linens provided for all).Important: condo is located over a bar that is open until 2am. Additionally you will be located in the entertainment district which is lively at times. If you are staying downtown to take advantage of the nightlife you will love this location. We have done our best to sound proof the condo and provide noice canceling machines in the bedrooms and earplugs. For people with sensitive hearing or who are bothered by background noice you may consider someplace more suitable. This is not an issue for most of our guests but we want to be upfront. No parties. Pets welcome! (I charge a flat fee of $100 just mark that you are bringing your pup and VRBO will automatically add the fee). No parking spaces for my loft. I park in the lot behind the building ($13/day) and sometimes find street parking right in front . There are several decks around and I just unload in the front (if space allows) and then I move my car. Street parking is free from 6:30pm-9:00am Monday through Saturday and free on Sunday. There is a walk up! One flight of stairs, no elevator.Sleeps 6 means: Two beds (one queen, one king) and one queen air mattress. As my spot is so spacious it comfortably sleeps 6. There is a sofa as well which you could always do one on the sofa and one on the air mattress, I guess it would depend on who draws the short straw in your party or who isn't paying haha. Please disclose all overnight guests so we can set up accordingly. I have a similar unit (more modern in style) exactly adjacent to this unit, within same walk up.
