Everything from the swinging chairs and patio furniture to the location have been selected to provide you with the ultimate resort experience. The kitchen has been stocked with everything you need to cook all your meals at home if desired, included a full set of pots and pan, bake ware, blender, crock pot, mixing bowls, hand mixer, serving dishes, and extra dishes and cups. A cold/hot filtered water dispenser will provide you with all the drinking water you need.Children will enjoy the book nook and bins full of books and games. Adults won't miss out on the fun as plenty of toys have been included for you as well, including 2 kayaks that can be launched in the bay just minutes down the road. For rainy days, play a game of poker or stream a movie from one of the two flat screen TVs. The storage unit is equipped with 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys and a large wagon to easily bring it all to the beach. An outdoor shower and hose make it easy to clean up upon your return. A charcoal grill is also provided. Extra bath and beach towel are provided for each guest.The unit is also designed to accommodate young children. A pack n play/crib (with crib sheet) and high-chair are stored under the twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. A step stool is also stored under the 2nd bath vanity to make potty and hand washing for toddlers effortless for both parents and toddlers. We know how difficult it is to travel with little ones so providing these items will hopefully making packing a little less cumbersome.Air-conditioned accommodations at this condo offer coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Rooms open to patios. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations. There’s nothing sweeter than waking up and enjoying your ocean view in bed.There are in fact 4 balcony's, in this 2-story beauty, including a large main floor ocean front deck with cushioned comfortable sectional sofa.There is also a screened in deck, off the dining room, with table and chairs to enjoy that family breakfast around.Plus, each bedroom has its very own balcony and chairs to enjoy the views with :)Lots of living space with a sectional couch, large dining table and adjustable lazy boy, not to mention the outside sectional couch and chairs which are made for lounging on.There is also a desk and printer here for the working vacationer.I also provide a water cooler with built in ice maker, a real plus since, since surfside beach has poor water qualityOur condo group also has one of the only ocean side grass yards to enjoy.Condos have a private dune walkover to the beach by way of the grass yard, but i prefer the public walk over which is just steps from my 2-car, car port.My theme here was beach chic, with comfort and style in mind.This is not a full time rental, ( i only rent it for 3 months of the year) this is my home away from home, and hopefully this shows through with the extra amenities, with everything from Charmin TP to Tide detergent provided, as well as the countless non noticeable items like large Pella hurricane proof sliders (nearly sound proof to), new roof, new siding, paint, new AC system, too much to list, but you will know that this place is well maintained versus normal rentals. I even pay for mosquito control throughout the summer.So if your looking for a great location with beach access, look no further!! Cozy seating allows for game night or streaming your favorite movies and shows. The first bedroom has a queen bed that sleeps 2 and has its own private bathroom with tub. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with twin xl over queen bunk beds and a twin xl trundle. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs. 2 additional guests have the option to sleep on the queen sofabed in the livingroom.
