The room was relatively fancy and the location of the inn was decent. The food was good, we enjoyed the pumpkin spice waffles. We had a fantastic stay.

這家距離邁阿密60公里的酒店，在homestead位置俱佳，去超市方便。除了不好開窗，房間還是不錯的。

We have stayed here alot and the experience has deteriorated over last few years. Used to have a spectacular heated pool. No longer heated. Was THE POOL in Homestead for the winter! No longer Latest stay-- pool was closed for complex "administrative reasons." Access available to pool in hotel next door but that pool closed as well. This on a 100degree weekend. This stay, housekeeping requested, still undone at 3:40p and housekeeping leaves at 4p. Wifi worked but no actual internet access. Extra pillow requested, not delivered. But staff is very friendly.

We stayed here after a long day in Key Largo. The area around the hotel seems nice with a lot of chain restaurants. We got there late so we just wanted a shower and a clean room. Parking and wi-fi are complimentary as well as the breakfast. The breakfast was disappointing. I asked for cinnamon ( to add in my oatmeal) for the lady and she did not understood English, luckily I learned Spanish ( living in Miami you are obligated to). By the way, no cinnamon for the oatmeal. Check-in and check out was fast. The room was clean and no carpets ( yay).

We stayed at this hotel for an overnight stop after travelling up from Key West on our way back to Orlando area. The hotel was clean and presentable mostly. The room was a typical room with 2 double beds. The pool was closed, and I notice the large sticker said it had failed the health & safety inspection back at the end of March 24! I'm not sure why 2 months later it's still closed. We were not informed of this, but noticed when we'd gone outside to check the pool area out. The outside seating looked inviting until I noticed how grubby it was. Breakfast was OK, again standard fayre. The tea and coffee facility wasn't actually by the breakfast so it took a walk about to find it. We ate at the Outback Steakhouse opposite and had a great meal. In other reviews people have also mentioned this grinding sound you hear from your room, my conclusion is a water pump, perhaps drainage. I noticed it frequently in the morning once water was in more demand but it didn't seem to occur overnight.

First two nights of of 2024 Keys and Everglades trip. Whilst there was nothing major really it just felt that the hotel had been stripped back to bare necessities. Breakfast was average only. Clean and comfortable and we were tired after the trip from the UK. No business centre (use Courtyard next door) and pool not operational (use Courtyard next door). We will continue to use Hampton Inns as our preferred hotel chain but this just felt to be off the boil.

I stayed at the hotel on the 31th may 2024 and was not at all happy with the hotel. There was not a single piece of fruit for breakfast. The staff at the main desk told me they have no idea what happens in the restaurant. They promised to source some fruit for me but ultimately failed. The swimming pool was closed which a smiling member of staff told me as if it was nothing. This was the only reason i stayed at the hotel. The alternative was a tiny pool another hotel which was a good walk away.

We stayed here three nights during our vacation. We had a room on the first floor that was very spacious, but the lighting in the bedroom area was dim. The bathroom was bright with lots of room and a great walk-in shower. Breakfast area was pleasant with lots of seating and a good breakfast. There’s a nice outdoor seating area. The pool has been closed a while; a note on the gate noted licensure and water quality. The ceilings are incredibly high, so the doors are incredibly tall and very, very heavy. I had a difficult time opening the door to our room. On the first floor in the hallway where the gym and mechanical room are located, there is a very loud grinding noise that resonates down the hallway every 40 seconds or so 24/7. We could hear it easily in our room and actually heard it when on the second floor doing laundry or getting ice. Folks at the front desk were aware of the noise but had no idea what it was.

Overall, I thought this hotel was very nice. The room was spacious and the A/C worked. There was a disturbing GRINDING noise that echoed through the floor about every 1-3 minutes throughout the duration of our stay. It was mentioned to the front desk, and we were told the manager was not on duty and to come back. It was mentioned again to the front desk and were told maintenance would check it out. It was mentioned again at the front desk, and nothing was every done about it. It was loud enough to wake us from a sound sleep and continued throughout our 2 night stay. In addition, there was a pool on the property that had been closed for "code violations" 3 weeks before our stay and nothing was mentioned. Just a posting.

This room met our needs and expectations. We especially liked that there is no carpet. The room and bathroom were in good condition. The one exception was the dress the TV was on. It was really showing its age. I had been worried that the room didn't list a fridge, but when I asked was told all the rooms now have them (and the room did). Online and at check-in it was made clear that housekeeping was every other day. Getting fresh towels through the app or the front desk was easy. The breakfast was fine and offered plenty of choices. The one downside was that the pool was suddenly closed and we had to use a neighboring pool. Not a huge deal, but not as convenient (or it as large).

Clean, New hotel, enjoyed a quiet one night stay with a great free breakfast, before going to Key Largo. no problems at all, staff was very nice and helpful, room had a nice big TV and comfortable bed. Had diner at the seafood place across the street, overpriced mistake.

This was an OK property. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They were stingy with the towels – an extra one or two would have been nice. There was no blanket anywhere – just a thin sheet and a heavy comforter – we needed something in the middle. It was tolerably clean, but the sink faucet was dirty. There was decent space for toiletries and we loved the ledge over the toilet. It looks to have been renovated fairly recently, but the workmanship was very poor. We couldn’t completely open the bathroom door because the shoddy planing meant it scraped against the floor, and you couldn’t completely close it because it ran into the countertop. The shower door wouldn’t completely close on either end, and it wasn’t level, so it kept opening and wouldn’t stay completely closed. The shower head was mounted about 7 feet up on the wall, so wasn’t easily adjusted without a ladder. Breakfast was pretty good – better food and more choices than the usual Hampton Inn fare. Overall, it met our needs.

We booked this hotel for our family trip to Biscayne and Everglades. We normally like Hampton Inn Hotels but this one was an exception!! Upon arrival, we were impressed at the hotel. However, during our stay it declined. We woke up the first morning to the maintenance staff and looked like a manager from the hotel ripping out the wall outside of our room to fix a broken water pipe. They fixed the pipe, but they had blowers constantly blowing on the wall to try and dry it out. They saw us leaving for the day and you would think they would ask us if we would like to move rooms. The next day, we went to the Everglades and went kayaking. We returned wet and wanted take a warm shower only to find that there was no water. My husband went down to talk to the front desk to see why we were not informed. They said it was an emergency and the water would be off for an hour. The front desk receptionist was in no way accommodating, until my husband asked if we could go next door at the other Marriott hotel to use the restroom. On our last day, I woke up to a baby cockroach crawling on my toothbrush and all over the bathroom sink. Upon inspection, there were roach droppings all over the sink ledge that were not there the night before. It looks like coffee grinds. I am from Southern Louisiana and where there is one roach there are 100,000 more. Do yourself a favor and keep looking!!
