It excellent .good service. We will be come again. Good approching Warm welcoming.good service. We had a flight from Heathrow so had a lot of luggage was given a room on the ground floor which was very helpful Free parking was provided which was handy and there is a lot of parking space

We planned to stay for one night but we stayed for two because we wanted to do more sightseeing in London. So we got two different rooms. Very clean and the beds are very comfortable, had a nice sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However internet was very bad. It is in a service station so there is a Greggs, Costa, WH Smith’s and a Burger King, however very expensive. We had the Burger King and I liked it but my family didn’t, also very bad reviews. But the Greggs was very good and made a good breakfast. If you are stopping for sightseeing in London, Southall Station is a forty minute walk away from hotel, which allows you to get to central London through London Underground. It was very good value for money as it was only £46 a night, for a room with 3 beds, a kettle, a telly, a bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The reception staff are amazing- so helpful and welcoming. We arrived quite late but were expected and checked in very quickly. The staff also gave us lots of information on how to get buses and tube directly without needing the car. They always had a smile for us every time we passed. We stayed in a family room which was lovely and big, and very clean. There was a choice of pillows, a TV, lots of towels and tea/coffee. There is also a Costa coffee, Burger King and Greg’s downstairs and it is a 10 min walk to local shops and restaurants. Excellent place to stay to get into London easily, and good price too
