The Moment Hotel Hualien by Lakeshore

Great experiance at The moment by lakeshore! The kids were thrilled by the bunk beds with curtains and privet hangers and lights 😅 It's a complex of buildings by lakeshore, we had a room with amazing mountains and gardens view. The auto check in station was simple to understand and operate, and suitable for us, since we arrived quite late. The room design is very cool, everything worked, good water pressure. The shower is separated from the toilet, so it's comfy for friends staying together. For us as a family it didn't matter. Everything in the minibar was included in the room price, and I tried the cold brew teas, they were excellent! The breakfast was served in the hotel building next to our hotel, from the same owner. Great buffet, large variety and even marked for allergies! The hotel has a parking area close by, and it's about 10 minutes drive to Taroko visitors center. All in all, I recommend this hotel for short stays, if you are with 3 or 4 kids take the bunk beds room for 6, we really enjoyed it.

當晚我們到達入住酒店後，請櫃檯小姐幫辦理入住手續，但 櫃檯小姐讓我們自己在機器上辦理入住，結果讓我們在二棟大樓中來來回回穿梭也無法辦理入住，後來還是回到先前的櫃檯，請小姐辦理才能入住，她說可能機器出了問題，暈😵💫。另外，我訂了二人一間和一人一間，共二個房間，櫃檯小姐給我們門卡時也不曾提示房間是一大一小間，到第二天才知道，二人住的是間小房，我認為她應該告訴我們此事的，二人可以住大間的不用那麼擁擠。還有房間裡是沒有飲用水，事先櫃檯人員也沒說，後來我們再電話詢問才得知在一樓，酒店應該事先讓旅客知道這些事的，但是、沒有。這是一次很糟的旅遊經驗。

機器報到自助的背包客， 但無法用機器辦理入住， 還是得找飯店人員協助， 設施洗澡還算簡便清潔， 飯店步行十分鐘的海邊， 早上可以走過去看日出。
