Sea Street Inn

My husband and I were looking for a different type of adventure to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We researched and found Sea Street Inn and the many five star reviews. The reviews were spot on and Adrian and his inn are five star in every way. Every area is spotless. When we arrived, he greeted us and shared with us everything we needed to know about our room and the inn. In the room, there were the most delicious homemade chocolates and the fridge was stocked with complimentary water and other drinks. He asked us our plan for the weekend and we told him we didn’t have a set plan. He made great suggestions and asked what time we wanted breakfast in the morning. Well the next morning, not only did he map out our day with notes and a bag of Cape Cod Chips to use when we got to Nauset Lighthouse for a pic, but the gourmet, four course meal he created was just something we will never forget.

My husband and I were on the Cape to attend a wedding, and we spent two fantastic nights at the Sea Street Inn. This place is a gem; from the clean, classic design of the rooms to the phenomenal chef's tasting menu breakfast. An exceptional experience for an extremely reasonable price. Chef and co-owner Adrian was very helpful in recommending (and booking) dinner venues, and full of good conversation as well. I can't wait to go back.

They say that a picture is worth a thousand words.. For those of you who love a good bed and breakfast stay, Sea Street Inn in Hyannis is the spot. Look at these dishes we were served for breakfast daily. As incredibly delicious as the dishes were beautiful. Adrian, the innkeeper is a master chef, having worked for Michelin star chefs in NYC. There is also a variety of professional, framed art photography on the interior walls of the property, which is walking distance to both the water and shops of Main St.

FANTASTIC hospitality! Super cute grounds, clean & cozy yet modern rooms, bathrooms & dining area. Adrian was super helpful with touristy things to see/do! And the breakfast…O M G !!! We will definitely stay here again, hopefully for longer next time!

Breakfast as over the top. Fast for three days before you arrive. Adrian is a great host and winter rates which include breakfast are assume. Located on quiet street, easy to find with great original photos. 5 course breakfast which included Simple but exquisite flavors.

Our one-night stay at the Sea Street Inn was simply delightful. To start, the inn itself is exquisitely designed, modern, simple, but luxurious. In addition to the guest rooms and dining area with windows on three sides, it has a central art-gallery area and another room featuring the inn’s wonderful photography collection. There were also beautiful flower arrangements of both orchids and dried alliums. The host and owner, Adrian, is a friendly, knowledgeable guide to the area, who suggested a great restaurant for our evening (The Naked Oyster). More important, he is a first-class, trained chef who offers an amazing four-course breakfast of small plates, each as delicious and beautifully prepared as the other. First, we had a fruit salad that was constructed to resemble a little Rubik’s cube of watermelon set atop the thinnest slices of pear, all atop blueberry yogurt. I have had no better, not even in Japan, where little constructions of food are a national obsession. Next, there was home-smoked salmon (it came to the table in a glass covered smoker that was lifted by Adrian when it was ready) on a half-bagel spread with flavored cream cheese on top of which was a little portion of finely diced red onion and hot peppers. Then, a fantastic half cubano sandwich of pulled pork on a brioche. Finally, the closest he comes to a traditional breakfast dish: a fried quail egg on a little sausage patty surrounded by perfectly roasted potatoes.There was also a corn muffin, crunchy, with just the right amount of sweetness. (It was vegan and gluten-free, not necessary for us, but perhaps for other guests.) To drink: freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice. And French press coffee. (My husband had hot chocolate.) Need I say more? Well, I will. The room was so quiet and the king bed so comfortable I slept eight and a half hours straight. Well appointed, too, it had a full length mirror that was a repurposed artist’s easel. The tv had multiple channels, including the Tennis Channel. For us, nirvana. We walked the half mile to Keyes Beach after breakfast, looked at the ocean, and planned to return!
