Had a great stay at Vivanta Hotel. The staffs are courteous, helpful and hospitable. The rooms are clean and neat, able to sleep comfortably. The buffet breakfast was good, a lot of choices of indian and western food.

The property is in very noisy location, no good scenery, very dusty. Limited food options.

Easy transport. Right in the part of the city I wanted to be in

Mold present in bathroom on privacy curtain. This could lead to allergies and other ailments. This was reported earlier to the Housekeeping ***ager when I stayed there for the first time a few days ago in a different room. Obviously, no attention paid.

Good place to stay with families. Rooms were not bright but okay in sun light area

The hotel location was near to the place I want to visit. The room is quite huge and comfy. I can recommend to my friends and families to book this hotel.

Had to change the room due to some weird smell.

Disappointed wi the the bed they provide in taj. The valet guy crashed my car in parking and didn’t even tell me about it. I didn’t realise it happened untill I got home and saw it. Very disappointing service

Very nice hotel with super service. Excellent rooms and great breakfast. Just the mattress was a little soft for me.

This hotel have provided best services in hospitality, customer satisfaction and accountability for ensuring the comfort of all guest. I personally would like to thank the ***ager, Staffs and Mr Azam frm the f&b for making sure I’ve receive the best treatment possible. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you.
