Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the resort 1.5 km from the centre of Unnaryd, on the outskirts, 22 km from the centre of Hyltebruk, 55 km from the centre of Ljungby, 30 m from the lake, direct access to the beach. For shared use: natural state property 5'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees, meadow. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Rowing boat, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 22 km, bus stop 950 m, railway station "Torup" 33 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 140 km, sandy beach "Unnaryd" 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 22 km, lake Bolmen 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, fishing possibilities 30 m. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. "Norrviken", 4-room house 105 m2 on 2 levels. It was nice out there. Calm and still. Quite close to the west coast and Halmstad. There was a Coop that was open 24/7 in Unnaryd via an app. The surprising thing was that there were no basic items on arrival such as a dish brush, dish cloth and washing u

A nice quiet place for those who are not looking for three stars or more. Nice and very clean town, beautiful beach by the second lake - approx. 1.5 km. The owner of the building is fine. Suitable for bike trips. Interior of accommodation facilities from

Die beiden Häuser liegen super nah am Wasser und am Waldrand. Man kann bequem mit dem Boot rausfahren zum angeln. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.Leider ist zu erwähnen, dass alles z.B. Einrichtung Küche, Betten, Bad, Boot Lampe
