This is a great hotel, being part of a large chain we were concerned, but despite negative reviews earlier in 2024 (which I suspect were due to teething problems) we had a great time. It is large enough that it doesn’t feel packed with plenty of sunbeds by pool and beach, but small enough that everything is nearby and you don’t feel like you are at a huge resort. Staff were all great, friendly, efficient and good at remembering room numbers! Buffet is good and as expected, this is not Four Seasons prices so your expectations should be adjusted accordingly. A few tweaks would be good for 2025: - beach bags in room, there are endless beach towels provided but nothing to carry them in - options for rooms with firm mattresses? A big ask but they are all soft, not even medium soft, so terrible back ache after a few nights unfortunately - kettle in rooms! We had to ask for one and were given the only one available, this is INDISPENSABLE for tea drinkers who I suspect make up the majority of clients. The nespresso machine is not for tea… water is barely 80 degrees… - large mugs for tea, there are only tiny coffee cups in room - crisps! Why are they not even available? In Spain and Italy they are provided free with alcohol as it encourages more drinking…. At least offer bags of crisps to be purchased? There are no snacks available to order with cocktails other than a micro bowl of nuts, this is a major up-sell failure and just means customer will buy bags in the shop next door - reception/management emails are not monitored, having booked 3 rooms last year, on departure we asked if a deal could be made to book again in 2025, weeks were told to email hotel manager which I did, but never received a response… ended up booking via BA - check in needs to be faster, considering we booked 6 months ahead and even emailed a day before arriving, it took 1 HOUR to check in….. customers don’t need a tour or breakdown of services, unless requested, all the information is already on the website and in the brochures in reception/room We have booked 3 rooms again for October 2025 and hope to see some of the above suggestions being noted, in the meantime, look forward to Numo Hospitality!
