Отель удобно расположен в нескольких минутах ходьбы от железнодорожного вокзала, в окружении ресторанов и гипермаркета. Отель чистый; однако примечательно, что собственный туалет отделен от комнаты. Еще одним важным аспектом, который следует учитывать, является отсутствие звукоизоляции пола из-за старой конструкции. Тем, кто чутко спит, рекомендуется принять это к сведению, поскольку могут быть слышны такие звуки, как движение тележки, шаги с верхнего этажа или шум болтовни из соседних комнат, что потенциально может привести к утренним беспокойствам.

Мерси Отель Россли! Я хорошо переночевал у тебя. Мне достался одноместный номер с отдельной ванной, очень чистый. Площадь номера не маленькая, в номере чисто. Расположение недалеко от Интерлакена-Уэст, примерно в 5 минутах ходьбы. Рядом магазин и аптека. Персонал был таким замечательным и услужливым. У них есть камера хранения багажа. Завтрак потрясающий, с большим выбором. Этот отель очень рекомендую :)

I always like to be honest in my reviews. As a solo traveller of 71 years I booked a single room, which was on the top floor. The lift only went up to the second floor but on my arrival my suitcase was taken up to my room for me. The room was small but had everything I needed, even a writing desk and a washbasin. I am a light sleeper and the only downside to this room was that the bed is right next to the wall of the room next door, which could really do with more sound proofing. I was there for a week and had a variety of changes to that room next door, some very loud. Lucky for me, I took silicone earplugs with me. The room also had a sloping ceiling, where the eaves are. I am only 5'4" and banged my head a few times. BUT the view from the window was worth it. See photo. FABULOUS!!!! I really enjoyed my stay. The owner Jean-Louis always greeted me in the morning, when I had my early morning cuppa before breakfast. Armed was always there to help too. The breakfast was excellent with a vast array of food to suit most peoples' needs. This ranging from cereals with dried fruits and nuts, cheese and meats, bacon and scrabbled egg, yoghurts, many different breads and croissants, jams and fresh fruit. This topped up with freshly made coffee and tea at your table. There is also an area where the hotel provides quality teas of so many different types and a machine that prepares freshly ground coffee whenever you want it. Milk is provided too. I could fault this hotel and I would like to thank everyone for making my stay and pleasant and enjoyable one. I look forward to my return when in Switzerland.

The hotel provides good services to their guests. Free coffee is available on the ground floor when required. The breakfast provides sufficient food and choices. We stayed in the second floor and we needed to use a small lift to send our luggage to the second floor. The hotel is a bit too old and the price is overpriced. However, the hotel price in Interlaken should ranks the top, comparing with Zurich, Zermatt and Lugano.

Great experience at hotel…very good for families and couples at convenient location. Very helpful staff.

It was all good, the people are nice and bathrooms are clean.

This property is good for budget travellers . Facilities are also good. The restaurant lobby is open 24/7 . Where you can have unlimited coffee or tea for free. You can even bring your own stuff and have some coffee or tea In the restaurant area. Staff is also very friendly and supportive

The manager was so welcoming when I arrived early. Rest of team fantastic. Great amenities and free espresso a winner. Beautiful building and walking distance to Interlarken West station with suitcase!

The room view is perfect! The location is convenient and the room is clean.

Room was basic and sufficient for 1 pax, there was a sink in it which was much appreciated since the private toilet assigned to my room (with a unique key so no one else could access it) was a short 5s walk outside my actual room. Heaters were working great, water from the tap was warm which is much needed during the winter. Room and toilet were cleaned everyday. Hotel is walkable from Interlaken West station (10 mins), however if you have plenty of luggage and don't want to drag them in the cold, you can take a bus. The building was quiet and luggage storage is provided for free even after you check out. Check in was rather comprehensive as the lady at the reception was very friendly and provided a very comprehensive introduction to the building. No kettles were provided in the room though, you had to go down to the lounge to use the one communal kettle. Thankfully, not many people were using it during my stay so I didn't have to wait long each time. Coffee/tea is also FOC at the lounge. Breaskfast is your standard european flare of eggs, bacon, pastries, fruits, though the staff don't let you take the food to your room to eat it (I just took up some fruits). Thought it was abit strange since technically youve already paid for it, and it wasn't like you were keeping a plate of food for a second meal. There are also no phones in the room so if you needed anything from reception, you'd have to physically come down to ask for it. Otherwise, overall it was a passable experience.

The hotel is very nice, clean good. Not far from the train station. The service is good. Breakfast is very good. The staffs is very helpful.

This hotel is very near to the Interlaken West station. The staff is very helpful and friendly. This hotel is very vintage and the room is okay not too small/big for 2 person and also the cleanliness is good!
