Oooh, look! Here’s an awesome cottage right across the street from the Wisconsin River. Relaxation and “re-creation” are what you’ll find here with plenty of fresh air, sunshine and river views. The home is located on nearly an acre of land with open yard space to stargaze by the fire pit as well as mature trees perfect for bird, deer, woodchuck and squirrel watching from the patio.OK! What about the house? Here’s the lowdown: Three bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, sleeps 8. First floor master has a queen bed, walk in closet and a great view. The ensuite sports a double vanity, honed Italian marble floors and huge tile shower.Lower level has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one and two twins in the other. Family room with futon leads out to the patio with gas fire pit/table for light conversation and morning coffee. Another full bath and laundry room are also located on the lower level. Family room has books, games and a projection tv with BlueRay player and is wi-fi capable.Back upstairs, we have the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and center island with stools to gather around and give helpful cooking tips to whoever’s making dinner…”Letting the brats sit in the beer before grilling will dry them out.” Whatever Nancy, whatever!Next to the kitchen is the living room with a gorgeous gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling and an incredible picture window with views of the river. Smart tv (Roku) above the fireplace has an antenna for local stations (doesn't work well) but is wi-fi capable for you to sign on with your various accounts – DISH On The Go, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc . We do not have cable!!Outside we have a gas grill to throw those brats on along with a picnic table, lawn chairs and a bunch of yard games. There will be limited service so printing off directions is wise. INTERNET/CABLEThere is reliable high speed internet throughout the cabin.All of the TVs are Smart TVs. We do not provide Netflix or Hulu but you can certainly log in to your own account.GRILLWe have a Charcoal grill on the property but we DO NOT have charcoal. The guest will be responsible for providing this. We do however have the utensils such as tongs, flipper, and grill scraper.LAUNDRYWasher and Dryer are available for use. Please bring your own laundry detergent for your stay.BEDROOMSThere are 3 bedrooms located on the property. The main floor bedroom holds a queen-size bed while the other bedroom is located on the second floor with another queen-size bed. The third bedroom is located in the basement with a egress window and it’s own bathroom. Each mattress has a different firmness to it. Overall the cottage can accommodate 8 people comfortably.KITCHENFully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig, and all of the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/ Utensils.Keurig- Kpods are provided with creamers or sugar packets. We do not provide salt/pepper or any cooking oil. SECURITYBlink security cameras are located at the front of the cabin facing the driveway and one facing the front door. The third camera is facing the backyard. We will not be monitoring the camera on a day-to-day basis, only when needed. NO cameras inside the property.
