This is a perfect spot for dinners or games. A coffee bar and beverage fridge await guests.The living area has a Smart TV with a comfy sectional, additional seating, and many family board games are available to enjoy.The cozy front porch has more seating, a table and chairs for games or puzzles, and is a perfect spot to sip on your morning coffee.The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom.Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one that offers a full bed and a third that has three single beds.Also included is a guest house studio complete with a queen bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette and full bath.A large patio area offers a gas grill, dining set, and fire pit perfect for a campfire and s’mores. Our cottage home is a family-oriented, non-smoking, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath ranch style home built in 2000. It will sleep 6 comfortably with a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen sized bed in second bedroom, 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. The living spaces include a large living room, dining room with a dining table that seats 6, a full service kitchen, a den and a large 12' x 40' screened in back porch with ample seating for conversation and a large table that seats up to 10. We are located on a quiet street 1.3 miles east of the ferry dock. The driveway will hold two trucks plus boat trailers side by side. Experience Kelleys Island in comfort and style. The KI Lake Shack is a newly built 3bed/2bath, 1400sf ranch on a quiet street on the southeast side of the island. The living room has a large sectional sofa, recliner, and barstools at the breakfast bar. The dining table has room for 8 in the kitchen. All 3 bedrooms have king size premium mattresses, down comforters, and feather pillows as well as poly fill. Both bathrooms have granite countertops, one has an extra large shower and the other has a shower/tub combo. Hair dryers and curling/flat irons are provided. The house has central AC and electric furnace with a gas fireplace for extra coziness in the colder months. This property has well water that is treated by a professionally installed water filter system for quality and convenience. The washer and dryer is located in the laundry room.The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances along with a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, ninja blender, air popper, instant pot, hand blender, immersion blender, kitchenaid stand mixer, and can opener. There are multiple utensils, cookie sheets and casserole dishes. The pantry contains all the spices and seasonings you could need for a gourmet dinner.The fully fenced backyard has a fire pit with plenty of lawn chairs. The gas grill offers you a great chance to barbecue while watching the game on the outdoor TV. Our condominium complex boasts a private pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, where you can soak up the sun and relax. We have thoughtfully equipped our home to ensure you have everything you need for a cozy and comfortable getaway, making it perfect for couples, families, and island adventurers alike. The Space: Step into the inviting living room, featuring a large TV complete with a Wii, DVD player, and streaming services for your entertainment. The wet bar is perfect for entertaining and is stocked with glassware and refrigerated storage for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly connects to the outdoor patio and living room, creating an ideal space for lounging and conversation. We provide essential items such as dish cleaning liquids, household tissues, towels, and coffee pods to make your stay hassle-free. You are also free to use the propane grill on the outdoor patio. Sleeping Arrangements: Unwind in the Master Bedroom, which features a luxurious King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen-size bed, with a spacious full bath conveniently located just across the hall. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with soft linens and plush bath towels, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. You’ll also find a private washer and dryer off the living room hallway, along with an iron, ironing board, and cleaning supplies for your use (detergents are not provided). The remaining 50% will be collected 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Island Transportation: In addition to the wonderful amenities at our condo, you’ll find an array of shops, restaurants, and docks all within walking distance. Explore the island further by renting an on-site golf cart, utilizing the Island Ride taxi service, or bringing your own mode of transportation. Please be sure to check the daily schedules for the Jet Express and Kelley's Island Ferry to plan your arrival. Note that boat schedules may vary based on seasonality and weather conditions. Boat fares are not included with your accommodation and must be purchased separately. ### Additional Rules & Information: - Minimum booking and check-in age is 21. - Events, celebrations, and parties are NOT permitted and will not be approved. - This unit is located on the second floor of a multi-level building; A flight of stairs is required for access, and the unit is not wheelchair or ADA accessible. - Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM. - The unit is strictly non-smoking. - Two assigned parking spaces are provided; additional parking is not available.
