You will love the convenience of Sunswept 109. The condo is located right on the beach. The view from the deck is amazing. Parking is right outside the front door so you won't have to deal with long walks from a parking garage or waiting for an elevator. Beach access is on the side of the building near the front door. There is also a nice community pool in the complex.This unit was remodeled May 2022. The kitchen and bathroom have been completely remodeled and the remainder or the unit has new flooring and paint. All appliances, Cabinets, counters, wall tiles, furniture and decor have been replaced. It is really nice.If you have ever stayed at Sunswept before, you will notice that this condo is unlike any of the other units in the complex. We have opened up the living room and kitchen and it feels much larger and more inviting.The condo has a King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and the living room includes a hide-a-bed couch that can sleep 2 additional guests. There are televisions in the Living room and bedroom with basic cable. The unit includes a washer and dryer. The deck has seating to enjoy the view of the gulf and incredible sunsets. Wireless internet is also included so feel free to stream your favorite shows and movies.We have loved this complex since our first stay. We really like the quiet atmosphere of the east end of the beach. You will be close to St. Andrews state park, the marinas, and Shell Island.
