Queen Isabella Causeway, the bridge to South Padre Island, is less than half a mile away.The house has two levels. Open floor plan on the second floor features a spacious kitchen with all SS appliances, dining, and living area. The large living area gives access to a large fully covered deck that overlooks the canal and Queen Isabella Causeway. Enjoy the abundance of marine life including squadrons of pelicans, occasional dolphins, countless interesting marine birds, and fish jumping right in front of you. The master bedroom, guest bedroom #1, two full bathrooms, and laundry are on the second floor. Water softener and filtered water at every sink – no need to buy bottled water! The Master suite features a King size bed, a twin bed for the little one, smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony. Attached is a private Master bathroom with a large, jacuzzi tub and a standalone shower.
