I was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him! The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities. Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine. I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well. The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

Понравилось расположение отеля! Рядом остановки транспорта! Очень много кафе и ресторанов! В номере чисто! Номер просторный! Есть мини-кухня, холодильник, капсульная кофе-машина!

Мне очень понравился этот номер. Отличное расположение. В номерах есть отдельная кухня. Ванная комната с ванной. Администратор очень приветливый. Номер недавно отремонтирован в современном стиле. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда и кофемашина. Кофейные зерна нужно покупать самостоятельно. Обязательно выберу Adagio Aparthotel для следующей поездки.

В принципе, ничего страшного, по отечественным 4-звездочным меркам действительно не сравнить. Завтрак тоже не очень, если честно, могу только скорректировать свой менталитет и внутренние стандарты. Ха-ха

Отель был безупречно чистым и приятно пах, номер был идеальным, расположение было отличным, прямо в центре Женевы с легким доступом к железнодорожным/автобусным станциям и точкам сбора участников мероприятий, хороший магазин шоколада под отелем с McDonald’s и рестораном вина и сыра. Хотя завтрак «шведский стол» состоял только из холодной еды, за исключением вареных яиц, тем не менее, выбор был отличным, персонал очень внимательным. В целом, рекомендую этот отель всем, достаточно дешевый для Женевы и лично не могу его винить.

房間特別非常好的酒店。半夜火車到達日內瓦，出租車十幾分鍾就開到了。就算深夜到達，前台的工作人員也是很熱情的接待。一層的區域是需要消費才能入座的。一層的衞生間很棒！

I had a wonderful stay at the Green Marmot Hotel. The location is excellent,close to plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and bakeries, so everything you need is nearby. The hotel itself is very clean throughout. Although the room is small, just as described, it suited me perfectly. One downside is that sound travels easily, so you can hear even minor noise from neighbouring rooms, earplugs are definitely helpful. The motion-sensor lights in the corridor were also a bit disruptive, as I’m easily woken by light, so an eye mask is recommended. Additionally, some guests arrive late, so it can get a little noisy. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

В окрестностях есть всё необходимое для комфортного питания и отдыха. Персонал был дружелюбным и отзывчивым. Парковка была удобной, а стоимость – разумной. Внизу есть супермаркет Co-op. Также здесь есть KFC, McDonald's и другие китайские рестораны быстрого питания.
