The newly and modernly furnished house is only about 100 metres walking distance from the popular natural beach of El Médano - especially ideal for surfers and all water sports enthusiasts, who can reach the beach with their boards in about 2 minutes on foot and safely store all their equipment on the large terrace of the house. But the house is also very suitable for families with children, as they can quickly reach the beach due to the excellent location of the house near the beach and are therefore not dependent on a car.
