The living area has plenty of room to hang out and talk about your catch with Sat TV, internet and cell booster. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, microwave, gas oven/range, coffee pot and everything you need to cook your fresh catch. We have 2 bedrooms, one with queen/queen bunks and the other with two sets of twin/twin bunks. The bathroom has a full shower. We have dual refrigerators, a stand-up freezer (No catch, no bait, no fish, no shrimp, etc.), a washer/dryer, an ice machine (80 LBS bin, 120 LBS per day), satellite tv (Dish), and High-speed WiFi (Starlink) available to you. We also have a catch/kill freezer on the boat. You can hard freeze your catch before you go home. There are 10 twin beds in the camp. This houseboat has literally everything you need for a comfortable stay right in the middle of the FISHING CAPITAL OF THE WORLD. It is located on 'B' dock at the Venice Marina. Only a few steps from the parking lot. Perfect for unloading your items. We even have carts at the room to help lug bags etcs to and from. The houseboat has a space to tie up your boat(s) to the front and side of the houseboat. The houseboat can accommodate 10 people comfortably. Its a 3 bedroom and 2 bath houseboat. The first bedroom is a set of (2) twin bunks. The second bedroom is another set of (2) twin bunks. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a twin bunk above and has a bathroom connected to it to give it a more of a "master bedroom" type feel. The house has 2 full bathrooms with showers, toilets, and plenty of soap and towels. The main living area has a TV equipped with Direct TV. And we have WiFi(starlink). We also have plenty of board games to play. The living area and kitchen provide an open concept for guest to visit while watching TV, dining and preparing meals in the fully furnished kitchen.
