Enough room for boat and trailer and several cars, and not on the main road. Located on the west side of Keuka lake just 7 miles north of Hammondsport. Three restaurants on the lake, all within 5 miles of property. Several wineries, a couple of breweries and 2 distilleries within 2 miles. You can see the Lake from most windows in the house. You also have a view of the bluff. Other activities nearby skiing, golfing, museums, gift shops, antique stores, pottery stores, and entertainment. Four restaurants on the lake with boat access. Or boat to Hammondsport to eat, shop or get groceries. There are also boat and jet ski rentals available on the lake. Great fishing on Keuka lake. Very few stairs on this property. Oversized windows provide loads of natural light and sought after views of the lake and the bluff, great for fall foliage! Kitchen is fully stocked with 6 burner gas range, double ovens and range hood, large French door refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. WiFi is included as well as smart TV’s in main living areas so you can easily stream all of your shows during downtime. This home boasts 3 bedrooms; first the king master en-suite with stunning 1800’s doors from Belgium, to capture the lake views. A queen bedroom with lake views and a Jack and Jill bath with a full sized bathtub rounds out the second bedroom. A triple bunk bed completes the third bedroom with the shared Jack and Jill bath. The half bath is on our landing level with a washer and dryer available to guests. We provide our renters two single kayaks, a stand up paddle board, and life vests to use during their stay. This home is walking distance to the Lakeside Restaurant and just a short trip up the hill and you have access to many area wineries, breweries and distilleries! There is parking for 5 cars and our boat dock may be used by guests who wish to enjoy fishing, boating and water sports with their own boat. There is also a fire pit area with some fire wood to get you started and a finished walk out lake level lounge for the use of our guests. The lounge is equipped with a dining table and chairs, a sofa and tables, a pool table and a dart board. This is a great hang out space, especially appreciated by our teenage guests.
