The pier is great for fishing and has a ladder for those that want to swim off of the pier. Lake house comes with an all equipped gas grill and fire pit. Lots of parking with eight spots total. Three restaurants located on the water. Restaurants along with movie theaters, grocery stores, and ice cream shops all located within 10 minutes of the home. You will love the large, open kitchen that keeps the family together even when the TV is on! A gas fireplace makes it cozy if you are enjoying a cool summer or fall night; we love it in the winter. Two car attached garage has a second fridge for extra food storage and there is plenty of parking in the driveway and across the street on the channel side of our property.A wall of windows creates the atmosphere you need after a few hours working from home upstairs if needed. Our property features 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 bunk beds (twin on top of a double below), perfect for a group getaway. Bedroom 1 and 2 are on the first floor.
