The kitchenette includes a tall cabinet with first aid kit, iron and ironing board, hand vac and cleaning products for your convenience. Once inside, the house is all on one level. The kitchen, dining and living are open plan. There are two bedrooms one with en-suite, both look out on to either the front or back deck. The rear deck is accessed from the kitchen, via a large utility room that has a washer, dryer and laundry tub. A full bathroom and separate toilet are also off this room and there is a dog door suitable for a small to medium size dog. The rear deck has a large dining table and chairs, it is mostly undercover. A few steps down lead in to the courtyard which is fully fenced.Guest accessGuest have the entire home plus two decks and a courtyard.
