Craigdarroch Hotel

Lovely people, clean and very spacious room the dining room and the lounge were neat and tidy and we were made to feel very welcome, food was great and beautiful views, plenty to do close by, Would definitely recommend and I would have no hesitation in booking again.

This is the second time I've stayed at Craigdarroch Hotel for work and it definitely won't be the last. I arrived in the evening after a long drive to a personalised welcome which was lovely. The hotel was very quiet as it was off season and midweek, so I really appreciated the efforts of everyone in the team to make me feel very comfortable and looked after. The food is unbelievable, I had a two course dinner and a lovely cooked breakfast the next morning looking out onto stunning views of Loch Ness. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and the beds are some of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in! I travel quite a bit and I have to say this is one of my favourite hotels to stay at. I'll most definitely be back soon. Thank you all.

A wonderful 4 night stay overlooking Loch Ness amongst fabulous scenery. Although it was close season, nothing was too much trouble for Mairie or Christina who offered anything that we asked for. Both breakfast and evening meal were fabulous and the staff so very friendly. We were definitely sad to leave and hope to be back soon!

What a fantastic time we had over Christmas. Mairi and her staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. The scenery was beautiful and the hotel lovely and warm. The Chef produced some of the best Christmas fare we have had and the selections were a joy. We wish you and your staff a wonderful New Year and will definitely be back. A beautiful secluded and romantic hotel nestled in the banks above the LochNess. My husband and I had a fantastic time. The food was terrific and the service was warm and friendly. I wish we had more time to spend in this romantic hotel. The bed was gorgeous and comfortable and the room was beautiful. The restaurant's windows have a beautiful view over the water.

Once again my wife and I cannot praise this hotel high enough. We've just finished our seven day holiday, and as usual loved every minute we were up there. The hotel welcome was friendly as ever and our room was tastefully decorated with spectacular views across Loch Ness and the hills beyond. The food and service was excellent, top notch for a small hotel, nothing was too much trouble. The position of the hotel is very central to the Highlands so days out were plentiful without having to drive great distances, with stunning views around every corner. We'll see you again soon.

What a welcome when I arrived so friendly and welcoming Wasn't booked for dinner, but it was no problem. They couldnt give a time as were fully booked but no issue at all and sat and had a few beers looking over the loch Amazing views of Loch Ness and corona on draught what is there not to like Smoked salmon tartar and burger duly arrived, and I can honestly say 10 out of 10 Room.was a great size with everything you need including a smart TV again what more can you ask for when literally alone with nature Was booked in here for work but can't wait to get back here in winter with fires roaring enjoying the view amd relaxing Didn't have time for breakfast with a really early start but if that's what they serve for dinner you wont be dissapointed I imagine See you soon

We arrived on Friday 22nd September for a 2 night stay. It was purely a weekend of 'let's see what happens' as our eldest is capable of looking after himself with the youngest heading off to stay with friends. Chilling out was the theme with no drama the intention. We were met with a smile, and a very warm welcome. The Hotel Grounds are clean and well maintained with the entrance area immaculate. We were graced with the Loch View Room and when there, found it a challenge getting away from window..... absolutely stunning view. Drinks menu was great, Whisky selection was outstanding and it was great to see all the local options in all areas of the hotel from drinks, food, coffee etc.....which were great. Dinner 20yrs ago was what was on our mind and we again went for steak on evening one. IT ABSOLUTELY DID NOT DISAPPOINT.....perfect....!! Went through a selection of Whisky before retiring. Breakfast was ideal with a selection of cereal and cooked breakfast options......again, delicious. Evening two was very similar with Chicken & Chorizo Sauce.....insane.....my mouth is watering as I type. Headed home today, in a bit of a downer however we WILL return. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Food great. Very quiet and well placed hotel, fabulous location, staff were very welcoming and friendly and great food! What’s not to like! Room was very clean and spacious with great views of Loch Ness and surrounding area
