Clean and comfortable. I knew what to expect from the other reviews regarding the stairs and seating. But we enjoyed our stay.

Apartment in Ipswich
Very clean, nicely renovated 2nd floor apartment in Ipswich. Beds were comfortable; living room is very small. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.

Apartment was nice. A couple of blinds are broken letting in light at night (simple fix), but overall a great experience! Would stay here again!

Nice apartment, comfortable beds, good location, owner very responsive.
We had a fine stay in this apartment. I would recommend it. It was nice that there were things like soap and paper towels provided. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive. A few things could be improved: 1) many of the dishes in the cupboard had food on them; 2) more hooks would be very helpful (especially in the bathroom); 3) more regular height seating would be helpful -- watching TV is uncomfortable from the high chairs at the counter - and they are too high for the counter height, making it difficult for larger people to get their legs under the counter; 4) trash cans and a mirror in each room would be nice.

Nice apartment
Interior set up was excellent.
It was terrific having a washer & dryer.
Bed was extremely comfortable.
Loved the sensor lights.
Instead of couch maybe a table & chairs.
The one drawback was the exterior stairs. Very steep.
