The breakfast was very delicious and beautiful The housekeeping was very professional and kind The guest relations mrs kubra very beautiful,kind,helpful i miss you There has big close pool and gym, sauna, turkish hammam i will remember good this hotel

General all was good staff and services are friendly and food specially the breakfast are great and room are comfortable and hotel location wise are closed by to any where in taksim from shopping to restaurants

Our stay in this hotel was very nice and relaxing. Enjoyed delicious breakfast every morning. They also have a spa where I had a very nice massage. Their staff here is very friendly and helpful. A very deserving 5 star rating. I would definitely come back!

I like the bed it’s so comfortable and I like the mattress but the noise between the rooms is so loud and I love the breakfast it’s so good and the service was great but some of the foods was cold but it was delicious and the people working there are great

Very good hotel and kind staff. Yelmiz at front desk was very helpful. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Location is great! Only short walk to taksim where all the restaurants and store are that you can dine and shop. Rooms are spacious

It was a pleasant stay, stuff is very polite and helpful. Wi-fi problem at the room, but they solve the problem once we declare it. They should work on the quality of the breakfast and juices. Rooms are not soundproof. The hotel is very clean, and we'll renovate it. The location is perfect. The guest relations Kubra is so nice and helpful, she's always making sure that guests are happy. Thank you and we will come back for sure😊

I had a great experience at the hotel. All the staff were amazing and helpful for the entire week. Especially Yilmaz, Kubra, and Suat were very helpful getting everything. I believe that they all need a raise in their salary immediately this week.

Good place clean good breakfast no versatility Close from everything Weak Wi-Fi sometimes. Friendly staff Change office and shopping area close safe is good Taksim square is close. Night life good bathroom good water pressure should be stronger
