酒店地理位置很好，隔壁就是佩拉宮酒店，離şişhane地鐵站步行五分鐘，穿過個小巷子就可以到獨立大街。房間景觀是很不錯的，11樓的房間可以看到加拉太塔一點點塔尖。早餐自助餐也很豐盛，但並不是在樓頂的mikla，而是在一樓餐廳。缺點是房間比較小，算是我土耳其此行住過最小的房間了，房間裏衹在桌邊找到一個插座，床頭沒有插座，而且晚上會聽到旁邊酒吧的音樂，有點吵。

酒店view很絕，性價比高，早餐很豐富還想去一次

The view in my sea view room was amazing

The staff at the lobby are horrible. They look down on you if you arent nicely dressed. They were having attitude toward us starting from check-in til checkout. The rooftop restaurante, the guy by the door, was very rude and discriminating. We walked up to him to see if we can dine there for dinner (we just barely came back from sightseeing in jeans and sneakers). He said reservations only. We asked when can we dine if we make a reservation now. He dogged at us and said, it is a fixed menu restaurante (meaning it is expensive). We are from San Francisco. Everything are expensive. He "tossed" the menu to my friend ( it was only $110 per person). I said to my friend, lets just go in and eat. The guy said, you cant eat here. There is a dress code. I told him we want to make a reservation. I was pissed already because he thought we are low life and cant afford it. My friend told him that we arenstaying at this hotel at executive floor suites. He said it doesnt matter. We knew he didnt want us in regardless even if we dressed up. Shortly after, the manager walked out with a couple who wore jeans!!! If this isnt discrimination, what is?!

У привратников явно снисходительное отношение к китайцам-азиатам. У хозяина отдыха на крыше был худший тон и непрофессиональные словесные выражения. Даже некоторые дружелюбные сотрудники, такие как Кардив, услужливы и гостеприимны, но впечатления, полученные от смотрителя ворот и хозяина на крыше, заставляют меня больше никогда не останавливаться там.

Weather it is suit or not minibar worker doesn’t fill daily, you should inform the reception for filling again and again. Amenities very very low even no leg towels and shower water going upto bedroom. Staffs are helpful but hotel management very very poor.

Great location if you want to stay in the Pera area. The staff are great. Hotel owners need to invest in building maintenance. There is a water/plumbing issue which leaves a mildew smell in hallway and rooms. Furnishings are beginning to look tired. Carpet needs to be replaced ASAP. Fantastic jazz club in the evenings. Great views from rooms and again - staff from Housekeeping to Lobby, Restaurant and Reception are superb. Good value.

This is our second stay in this hotel and this experience was far worse than the first one. There was a problem with the sink in the bathroom and they didn’t fix it (or couldn’t fix it) even tough we report it. The area is very noisy (nearby places play very loud music) and it is difficult to sleep before 2 pm.

Nice hotel and would stay there again for sure

This hotel is next to Taksim and close to Galata. Perfect location to hop on the metro and explore Istanbul. Friendly super helpful staff. I have stayed here multiple times.

The service was GREAT from the moment I entered the hotel, all throughout my stay until the moment they got me a taxi to the airport. The staff here are professional and friendly. The roof top restaurant servers amazing food and the bar service is absolutely 6 stars!
