Located opposite *** Sagar Lake with many species of birds. We saw kingfisher, swam and etc. It is just 45 minutes ride from airport. Very near to pink city and avoid the noise of the vehicle. Hotel provide great interpersonal interaction with the guest. A nice recreational pool, SPA service and gym, this four level high hotel l. Spacious room with tiny balcony, soft bed and pillows, bathtub and good wash up facilities. The only restaurant “Jal Mahal”, serve Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many selection of pastries, cereals, local Indian cuisine, egg and fruits. Ala-carte menu are also provide Asian and western food, pizza, liquor, cocktails and dessert. Lastly, do lookout for Akash, Sylvester and Aneesh as they go the extra mile to make the dining experiences more delectable. Room service are prompt and friendly, allowing personal space with guests. House keeping execute the required protocols including evening turn down services. The cleanliness of the fridge need to more attention as it was sticky and dirty. Overall, it is really a great service of 5* hotel that I ever stay. Staffs treated us like their friends.

In one word , Excellent ; From entering to exit there’s not even a single thing to complain ; staff was very warm and welcoming taking care of every need 24x7 ; food was great so was the lake view room and added pool and TT table was cherry on top

Location, food and service were excellent. All the major tourist attractions are easily accessible.

It was a very unique boutique hotel right in front of Jal Mahal close to Pink City. The location and the staff was excellent. Breakfast could have been better, quite a number of tour groups but overall it was a good and well kept property. There were a few hiccups but recovery was excellent. I would definitely stay at this property again in future.

Ótimo hotel, longe da parte movimentada de Jaipur. Funcionários maravilhosos e atenciosos - sempre à disposição para ajudar e agradar, tão educados e simpáticos. Os quartos são bons . O AC funciona bem, assim como o wi-fi. Muita água engarrafada era entregue em nosso quarto diariamente.

Довольно быстрое заселение, в отличие от нудного заселения в Дели. Отель находится в непосредственной близости от искусственного озера, на котором расположен дворец Джал-Махал. В номере прежде все отмечу сюрприз - это комплимент от отеля фрукты и десерт. В номере все необходимое имеется, отличная кровать, письменный стол, хорошее освещение, чай&кофе, ванные принадлежности, есть балкончик, но лучше не выходить, голубиный помет и перья. При отеле имеется бассейн, кстати над бассейном натянута сетка, что очень хорошо, защита от птиц, белок и др. Животных, также имеется стол для ping pong, fitness room. Завтраки вполне подходящие, чтобы сытно заправиться на новый экскурсионный день. Недостатков особо нет, но встроенный в стену душ, не совсем удобно, если ты ростом не помещаешься под него, так же отметил бы двери в номера, слышимость через них приличная.

Booked this hotel in lieu of another 5 star rated property and I am glad that I made the right choice. The front desk staff was very welcoming. We were offered a refreshing welcome drink as well. The USP of this property is its location which is unmatchable. It offers splendid views of the Jal Mahal and the lake. There is ample parking space at the property. The room was of decent size and offered serene views of Jal Mahal and the garden. Some fittings were a bit outdated but I was told that a major renovation plan was in place. As per info provided to me, this is one of the first Trident Hotels in India. We availed in-room dining service which was prompt and courteous. The staff were very particular in maintaining noise levels to minimum. I made a few recommendations to the front desk and same were promptly relayed to the Hotel Manager. He immediately contacted me and acknowledged my feedback not only in person but also via email. I have never seen a Hotel Manager see off his guests in person with a positive note on the feedback provided to him. So thats full marks to the Hotel Manager and his team. I would definitely visit this property again should I travel to Jaipur once more.

We had booked Trident Jaipur for a three-day office offsite for about 25 people in September 2024. The hotel conference room was adequate and the other amenities like the projector, tables, etc., were what you would expect at a good hotel like Trident. The hotel rooms are a bit small but worth the price especially given that they even have a small balcony. The hotel gives you a feeling that you are in a traditional palace of Rajasthan. Having said that, the one thing that stands out the most is the BEST hospitality of every employee working at this hotel. They were simply phenomenal! Every single time that we requested something, they not only went above and beyond to get the request fulfilled but also did it with the biggest smile on their face. It showed that they were in flow with their work; they seemed to enjoy even a bit of their job! While the entire staff was amazing, I would like to mention a few people who made our stay quite memorable with the reason for the same: - Ankur (the F&B manager) and Vaibhav: For managing everything during our events and dining. Whether it be an hour of extension of our team lunch to keeping their staff available until midnight for our team dinners, they got everything done; as always with the biggest smiles on their face. Chef Monika: A great leader who led her team with empathy. She was so kind to all of the guests and our team was no exception. I also want to highlight how she made my mother, who had accompanied me during this business trip, feel special by always taking additional care of her dietary restrictions; I'm highly grateful for that to you and your excellent team, Monika. Sylvester and Vandana: Who were the kindest with our team. They were always proactive in reaching out to us, ensuring smooth events. One such instance is when we had requested a dish during lunch, but was unavailable at that time. They took it upon themselves and surprised us by getting that dish freshly prepared during dinner. Additionally, one of our team members had lost a personal item, Sylvester stayed with us until the item was found and went above and beyond to work with us in retrieving that item; I believe we could have never recovered that item without him. Thank you, Sylvester! Gopal, Nirbhay, and Parvez: The front desk was always charming with these guys around. From check-in to check-out, these guys helped me with everything while I was sitting on a sofa enjoying the welcome drink; they come to you for the service and definitely make you feel like royalty! Ramesh: Last but not least, I would like to shout out to Ramesh our chauffeur who ensured a smooth ride to the airport. The shuttle services to the airport are done via clean cars and professional drivers like him. There are multiple live events like traditional dances, Gazal events, Bangle making, and much more next to the pool in the evening. A must-see if you're staying at the hotel. I’m writing this review slightly late but felt it was required. This is an amazing hotel located opposite Jal Mahal and five minutes from the pink city and about 15 mins to Amer fort. The rooms are clean but bit dated . However the amazing thing is the service and the staff who go above and beyond to make you feel special. The breakfast is amazing and the chefs ( Ajay in particular) and the entire breakfast team took great care in making literally anything you asked for. We were there for two nights and wished we stayed longer. Would highly recommend this place if staying in Jaipur.

We stayed for 15-16 August 2024 and right from the entrance the experience was nothing short of amazing. Checkin was super quick and within notime we were given and upgrade to lake view roomas were travelling with kids. Lake view was soothing and on top of it the vibe of the hotel was very relaxing. We spent two nights and were made extremely comfortable by the staff. Enjoyed puppet show/ Rajasthanti folk dance. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous and well spread. Highlight of the stay was exceptional staff who handled every request with perfection.
