Dear Amaris Hotel Kuningan Jakarta, I have the pleasure of staying at your hotel and overall, my experience was quite positive. The staff is incredibly friendly, eager to please, and responsive. The check-in process was fast, friendly, and efficient, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. However, I have encountered a few issues during my stay that I wanted to bring to your attention. When I entered my room, there was a water leak in the bathroom that had not been properly addressed. I informed the front desk of the issue, but upon returning to my room last night, the water was still present. Although the leak is not greatly impact my stay, I thought it was worth mentioning for future guests' sake. Additionally, I experienced some extreme disappointments during breakfast. While the staff were still incredibly polite and responsive, the buffet was empty (4 dishes were empty) and the porridge (only dish available) was cold when I arrived. I had to request that the staff heat up some soup, and many of the other dishes had run out. Although the staff did their best to accommodate me, I believe that this was more of a training issue than a laziness issue. Also there are many health issues with the food. The butter has spoiled and a few other things might cause some illness to guests because they are not properly being keep. Additionally, the coffee had been sitting for quite some time and tasted stale. The toaster was also not functioning properly, which resulted in not being able to prepare fresh toast. Despite these issues, I had a wonderful night's sleep and found the bed, linens, and pillows to be incredibly comfortable. I hope that these issues can be addressed to improve my future guests' experiences at your hotel. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
