Cozy Cottage sleeps 8 People, but can accommodate 10 with an extra charge 25 per night per extra guest. Pet friendly 50 dollar pet fee up two pets! 1 King Suite with bathroom, 1 Queen, 2 twins, 2 full beds. 2 bathrooms, master has shower and spare bathroom has a tub and shower. Peaceful and 2 miles from the lake. Pool Table and beautiful views from the back porch!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).Unauthorized pets will have an additional $100 fee.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Pack and Play is available.About customRules:-No Smoking in the home except on balcony with doors shut.
-If evidence of smoking is found there will be a $150 fee
-Quiet Time is 11PM.-If guests damage any property there will be a charge back to primary guest.
-Owner is not responsible for guest injuries/Death on the property.,-NOTICE TO VACATE-Your Reservation ends at 11am on the checkout date

Check in was very easy. This home is very clean and cozy. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a wonderful breakfast and enjoyed on the patio. Loved our stay.

Perfect!
We had such a great time at this gem of a home! Everything was very well appointed and super clean. The game room was a hit and the back porch is excellent. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Cottage for Fishing Tournament Weekend
Very clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the spacious back porch. The boys loved having a game room in their bedroom!

Great place!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! Friends and family both had fun playing pool and other games, doggies were happy and plenty of room for all! Location was close enough to a marina where I kept our boat, fishing Big Sam is always awesome! If I was going to make any suggestions it would be to replace the gas grill. I was able to use it but it’s getting a little wore out.

Super clean, fully stocked, perfect stay!
Probably the most accommodating VRBO I've ever visited, had all the essentials and we didn't even have to go for coffee. Very clean, very comfortable, LOVED the back porch!

Quaint Home Near the Lake
We stayed in the area for a HS fishing tournament. The house is located in Rayburn Resort and is a short drive to Umprhey Pavillion. The house sits back in a nice quiet spot. There was plenty of room for our family and our dogs. We also had plenty of room to walk our dogs around outside. The check-in process was simple, and the host communicated regularly. We will stay here again in the future for tournaments and vacations.
