Grand View Motel

Older motel, room was small, but clean. The problem I had was with the owner. I called for a phone quote, and I was quoted $140. It was only a couple of dollars off from what *********** wanted, so I booked over the phone. When I got to the motel, there was a sign in the driveway that said, no U-turn in the driveway, and in the lobby, there was a sign that said “no directions. Motel guests only.” on the phone and checking in, the man was brusque to the point of being rude. When I checked my credit card online, I was charged $190. When I called to ask him about it, he claimed he quoted me $159 over the phone, and that there was an additional credit card processing fee. He actually said, I told you about it, but you weren’t listening. And then hung up. Now, I’m going to have to fight this with my credit card. Do yourself a favor, and just stay away.
