Nestled at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Denver and it's surrounding areas has something for everyone- nature walks, museums, shopping, skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, fly fishing, river boarding, amusement park, farmers market, outdoor concerts, art festivals and more! Tours are available at the Coors Brewery as well as at numerous historic sites dating from pioneer days. If you’re in the mood for a day trip to the mountains, this property is just 45 minutes from Blackhawk casinos and 55 miles from Loveland ski resort. Least not forget, Red Rocks Amphitheater, World renowned outdoor concert hall. Catch your favorite band into the sunset! Noise: Tenant agrees the unreasonable noise or disturbance may result in eviction. No Shoes allowed inside the house. On check out day, 11am, please put all towels and bedsheets in the living room. Smoking: Tobacco and MARIJUANA smoke or use is prohibited and strictly enforced. A $500 cleaning fee will be accessed. Smoking is only allowed outside and Marijuana by state law is only allowed in secured areas (backyard). Care of the Premises: Tenant agrees to promptly notify Owner of any necessary repair. Tenant agrees to return premises to Owner, on expiration of this lease, in good condition. The Tenant agrees to notify the Owner of any and all damages, and agrees to pay for any breakage or damage done by the Tenant and/or his/her guests to the property, furnishings and equipment.
