Welcome to Mahi Manor! This spacious home is located in the coveted area of Jensen Beach (Pineapple Bluff), on a private drive with only a handful of stunning homes. Very close to downtown Jensen Beach and a few minutes drive to the beaches of Hutchinson Island. We take great pride in maintaining this home so you will have a great stay! The space Our Jensen Beach pool home features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in the main house and 1 bed/1 bath cabana that is located off of the pool area. The home sleeps 10 comfortably and an 11th guest with the use the cot and sheets that are on site. There is a wraparound porch and sliding glass doors throughout the entire home. The cross breeze is incredible! There are two kitchens. The main kitchen is located upstairs and there is a small kitchenette downstairs located off of the pool area. Home A/V Features: 6 TV's - Every TV is a smart TV. Sonos- listen to music throughout the house Pool/Patio Features: Pool with Sitting Area Table and 6 Chairs Weber Gas BBQ Amenities: Pool Table 2 Bikes Beach Chairs, Umbrella & Cooler Infant Supplies: Playpen Baby Gate for Stairs (upon request) Guest access You will have access to the entire home, garage, pool and yard. Pets are allowed, please disclose at time of booking. There is $100/pet fee applied. Other things to note *There is a freight train that passes through a few times a day, you can hear the from the house but it only last about 30 seconds. *There is a 5% occupancy tax (community fee) that is collected and remitted to Martin County.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).$100 pet fee per animal.
