Sehr sauberes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Hotel con habitaciones cómodas y bien ubicado. Lo malo, el ruido. Esta en zona de bares y discotecas. Evita ir en fin de semana.

This hotel was so awful that although we had paid in full for 3 nights, we left after 2! The noise from the nighclubs opposit went on until 5 or 6 am! You could feel the bed thudding!! As the next night was Saturday, we decided to cut our losses and leave. Car parking is 20 euros per night.

A handy hotel for the Feria. Great staff and reasonable food. Parking not really available although free in the street at night. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Easy to find by car..

This hotel has probably a long time ago served it purpose. Now it is a brown, extremely smelly, dirty and very disgusting hotel, It has air-con in each room, which doesn’t work, when you try to open the window to get rid of the extreme horrible smell of mould , They fall out, the TV doesn’t work, basically nothings works here, not even the cleaning. I guess the most positive thing here is that the staff in the reception tries hard against all odds, poor you! My recommendation is to book another hotel in the city regardless of the price difference. NH you should be ashamed.

I spent one night at this hotel and as it was a Sunday, the restaurant was closed. the room was ok. the bed was hard as it usually is in hotels in southern Europe. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall an ok hotel but nothing really that sticks out and want me to come back.

Great hotel in great location. Lovely rooms some with spacious terrace. However:. The venue opposite pumps out beat music from mid-evening until 5am! Impossible to rest with shouting, music, bass beat. My stay was ruined even with a firmly closed window.

Air conditioning did not work. In July this fact is significant. Therefore, the Sleep Quality was also poor. The receptionist did not wake me up. Fortunately, the sun entered quite soon in the room. And so on. In conclusion, poor Value.

Decided at last minute to visit La Feria so basically had to take what was available and pet friendly. Pleasantly surprised, a modernish well appointed hotel, conveniently located for the showground and in a nicer part of Jerez. Reception staff were very nice although not particularly efficient, three receptionists working at a desk in front of which only one guest can stand, hopefully the genius that designed has realised their true vocation lies elsewhere, We had a nice room on the top floor overlooking the main road and had no sound issues although some interesting views. Parking garage is a bit small but patience and power steering won the day. We had a special card to dangle on our door handle informing anyone interested that the room was occupied by a dog. Also, a nice touch, they brought us a dog bed and a dog toy. A comfortable hotel with nice staff that provided us with an enjoyable stay, Given the choice would probably stay elsewhere but would not object if circumstances dictate that we had to stay here again.

hotel rooms were clean but 2 rooms had no view whatsoever and were a little to hot for us. Parking is a nightmare although it advertises parking there was non so we had to part on the street across the road (we were lucky to get parked where we did) so not far away but added a worry to our break

As lovely as we thought the hotel and room was when we arrived, it's direction onto the street made for two very sleepless nights. Somewhere close by, though not directly across the road, was a nightclub that went until 6am Saturday and Sunday morning. When there wasn't the thud, thud, thud of the dreadful noise, the screams and laughter of those leaving the nightclub on the street below was all too much. It might have been because we were only on level 2, but either way we'd never stay there again despite its proximity to the city.
