Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission. There is a minimum fine of $1000. -No MAIL or PACKAGE Delivered here -No moving or rearranging of the furniture -No UNPLUGGING of the main electronics -No Pre-Check in Bag Storage -No PETS allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $2000 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied. -Remove shoes and place them in shoe rack -Place dirty dishes in Dishwasher and start cycle -Do not leave any leftover food or drinks in the refrigerator during check out -No BLOCKING OF DRIVEWAY PARKING anywhere other than assigned driveway space. $500 penalty fee will be imposed as a violation or car will be towed. Please check street cleaning signs and schedule and park at your own risk -No crypto mining or use/charging of any belongings that require more than usual electricity. You will be billed for any electric/gas/water charges in excess of the usual day to day usage. -No loud noise or music past 9:00 pm -DO NOT DISTURB NEIGHBORS *Only registered number of guests are allowed on the property (Max 9), this is taken very seriously for insurance purposes. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night. *The person who uses their VRBO account to make the reservation must be present during the stay. Reservation can be cancelled immediately per guidelines with no refund. ***We reserve the right to file a report a claim to VRBO if these rules are broken*** These HOUSE RULES enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests. Property Disclosures: We have two , actively recording cameras overlooking the front main entrance and second door hallway which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the living room and balcony which actively records noise decibel levels and detects any form of smoking. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras. *You must be 25 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation. *In adherence to the city's noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 9 pm. Any infringement of this ordinance will be promptly reported to VRBO, and necessary actions, including involving local authorities and our security team, will be taken to ensure compliance. Please respect the tranquility of our community and neighbors during your stay. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken.
