Это не первый раз, когда мы останавливались в отеле Tentrem. Каждый раз мы наслаждались нашим пребыванием. Гостеприимство и обслуживание, предоставляемые его персоналом, безупречны. Продолжайте в том же духе и с удовольствием вернёмся снова.

Еда — это главная изюминка (завтрак «шведский стол» с хорошей уличной едой)
Номер на высшем уровне, полностью оборудован

Хороший отель Heritage от Sido Muncul, что-то особенное представляет традиционный завтрак, особенно травяные напитки. Хороший красивый спа.

Все в хорошем состоянии, чисто и аккуратно. Персонал очень услужливый. Но телевизор не поддерживает Netflix..

номер, в котором мы остановились, не был звукоизолированным. было очень шумно до поздней ночи (около часа ночи), по соседству жили маленькие дети, которые не могли перестать кричать и визжать. в номере над нами мы слышали, как они открывают и закрывают дверь. каждый раз, когда люди ходят по коридору, мы слышали...
не очень хорошее пребывание.
Я не мог позвонить, чтобы поменять номер, потому что было уже поздно после полуночи, а мой сын уже спал.
я жаловался на это на следующее утро, и они просто сказали мне подать жалобу

Номер просто отличный, немного больше пятен тут и там. Например, на полу и в ванной, а также несколько волос. Полотенца, я думаю, тоже пора менять, цвет уже не такой белый. Но завтрак превосходный!
Чистота удобств тоже хорошая.

This is my second stay here. Really enjoy my short stay in this hotel. The staffs are very helpfull, comfortable room, great breakfast and the location is very startegic. All you need is here!

Given the relax and laid back atmosphere of Jogja, there is no where in downtown that will make one feel overwhelm. Though I am very satisfied with my stay at Tentrem Hotel from rooms, location and restsurants - Kayu Manis and Summer Palace restaurant cooking up excellent foods. I will, next time, probably choose the hotel nearer to tugu for the convenience of out and about.

Booked rooms with seperate bookings, and hotel was still able to accomodate having all of our rooms to be next to one another even though we checked in late. Rooms are clean, water pressure for showering can be improved, wide spread of buffet for breakfast, location is in the middle of the city. Overall, all is good. 🎉

We loved the welcome drink when we first checked in and the little sweet surprises we received every night when we got back to the hotel!

Wonderful stay with warm hospitality. Great Services by all staff. Good spread of local foods. However, the room shows sign of age and usage.
