Kesar Heritage Guest House

It's truly amazed and surprised us on arrival we to walk a little through a narrow street first we were just wow.... after entering in the haveli it's super clean,nice welcome by management and we feel full of positivity. Rooms we had was super awesome in size,clean,decor,facilities,and the light. Sunny and his brother look after us like a family and it's really made us very comfortable. One of the best place we had stayed in rajasthan so far.

I have checked out today morning after staying 2 days of my terrible stay in this hotel. I don;t understand why this guy has opened such kind of place for a hotel. Well here am giving some points for the readers review. 1. I have stayed from 02/12/19 to 04/12/19 = 2 Nights 2. I got a room of INR 1000 / night stay 3. In the room: - Linen was very clean. Only 1 soap I have received. All fittings are broken in the toilet. No place for keeping towel or dry clothes. Running speed of Tap water : - Required 45 minutes of time to fill a "Bucket". No bucket was there in the toilet. A colour drum was given as bucket.No TV is available as it is shown in the picture.Shower is not working. Tabs are broke. 4. Absolutely there is no parking for this hotel. I was travelling by bike. You will get hardly any chance to keep your bike infront of hotel. The entrance lane of the hotel is 1.5FT to 3FT wide. 5. Rooftop Restaurant cum kitchen is very beautiful. 6. There are more than 8 pages of menu card consisting of 100 types of items. You may get hardly 10-15 items at any point of time. No vegetables are available. Only you will get "Paneer" items.Prices are like 5 star hotel but quantity is like road side hotel. 7. I was forced to stay for a day more as I faced some problem with my bike and spent couple of hours to stay in the garage. 8. No intercom is available. Room service is terrible. 9. It seems to be that the owner is obliging us by providing a 90 sq.ft room at 1000 INR per day. 10. My suggestion is to avoid the hotel.

We had found kesar heritage by some of our friends suggestion and thanks to them for suggest us such a wonderful accommodation. Very cosy and clean rooms the best of it was its sized full space as well as sitting area. Runing by a sweet family which always try to care best to best. We had some welcome drinks offered in their family and was best part. Located in the center of the city so it was easy accessible to the fort,stepwell,clocktower market.... we got best value of money too.

Excellent place to stay if you like experiencing life like a local. Large and spacious room we stayed in king suite with balcony and it was really awesome, very clean Very good service, Sunny and his family were perfect host, will look after everything. It's located very near to the mehrangarh fort and other places, very peaceful location.

Beautiful accommodation set under the feet of the fort and centrally in the city. Classic room with comfortable and softy bed and it was the best of the stay. Natural light will blown up the room plus the fresh air. It was super clean filled with required amenities. Family host very kind and very respective to their guests will allow you to feel like home. Best to stay in blue town just a thing to note it is located inside a alley where you have to walk a few steps. Overall was great .....

Not surprised to see we're not the only ones to have had a bad experience here. The rooms might look nice, but the dishonest, arrogant and aggressive owner is someone to run away from. I must admit we arrived for an extremely early checkin as we had taken a night train and woke the owner up at 6.30am - which I can understand is a bit early but we had no other choice. The super grumpy owner told us the room wouldnt be ready for another 5hrs and asked us to sit in a corner of the reception. We asked for water or tea and he snapped at us saying the staff wasnt up yet. They then tried to check us into his brother's hotel next door where the room were really not up to the standards of our initial booking so we said we would wait until our room became available. We came back at 2pm and they then made up the most absurd lie to avoid telling us there had simply been an overbooking. The owner went on about how during his morning prayer he had been told by Laksmi that he needed to break down the walls in between the two houses so he was kicking all the guests out. Supposedly, to make up for the trouble, he was going to pay for an upgrade for us in another guest house but the owner of the new guesthouse told us he hadnt paid anything and had been really agressive with him too. So many other lovely guesthouses deserve a chance over these guys.
